I have no idea what the fuck you're talking about. absuing Anthrorpic keys is actual fraud. It's not like pirating a game where there was no value lost, you're literally depriving the person that bought the key of their credits.

There was this Russian organized group of people scraping keys and selling them at a discount rate over discord servers. They required you to do weird shit like record yourself drinking piss to get a key, or show penne. Admittedly there was a lot more to this than just using a key but stealing keys is just asking for trouble lol.

He dropped the threat when a pro-bono lawyer stepped up and claimed it was because "he removed the offending content" which was never in the game in the first place and would have been textbook fair use parody.

I thought the maker of the video game was going after Pirate for lost revenue due to downtime of the game and it was still in litigation.

@Pvt. Parts can chime in if he wants but I don't think there was ever a serious effort to drag things out into a lolsuit once Khronos (pretending to legally represent Mald) backed down as soon as a real lawyer got involved. It was all bluster on Mald's part anyway.
