If you will consult this timeline you will see that Abby mentioned the video on November 3rd 2023 to a friend via text proving that she knew about it's existence long before Pxie ever hired her legal team. I constructed this timeline off of Pxie's proposed amended complaint btw.

Oh and btw you can't fake texts to a court, like you theoretically can with discord messages. The standard of evidence requires computational methods to ensure that the texts have not been altered.
