Just to clarify my last post, I have no reason to think that user Destiny was talking about is Lauren. But suggesting it would be easy for Destiny to prove it was her if he just "subpoena'd the account" is silly. The powers that be can correct me if I'm wrong, but, as far as I know, KF retains two pieces of information about its users besides the user's profile, name, and post information: the e-mail address they used to register the account, and the IP addresses connected to the account every instance they log in to it (and KF only retains the IP addresses for a limited time I believe). If Lauren actually did create an account with the express purpose of fabricating evidence, I suspect she'd use an anonymous e-mail address that wouldn't be traceable to her actual identity (duh). And I suspect that whoever the user actually is also anonymized whatever e-mail address they are using. And, assuming that she isn't using a browser or some other software to hide her IP address (again, pretty big assumption if the only reason she's logging into KF is to fabricate evidence), Destiny would either already have to know the IP address in question is connected to Lauren, or have a way of independently figuring that out. Lauren is suggesting its as easy as Destiny subpoenaing KF, and Null simply responding "oh yeah, that account belongs to [First Name, Last Name]." If it was actually that easy, I'm sure plenty of posters on this site would be interested in knowing that information lol
