Victor Markhoff / Ana Victoria Markhoff / vvictorman_uel - Powerchair faker pooner, has every illness, allergic to Krebs cycle, bed mayo enjoyer, kicked out of house and mental hospital, constant ebeggar, applesauce heiress paid to yeet her teets

She was aspirating her own saliva, but also had enough muscle tone to scream? Was she just... constantly screaming while the doctor was talking?
I think she means she was listlessly moaning since she didn’t have the energy to scream or talk, except none of this story ever happened.
My favorite detail was the doctor putting her arm around her as she lay in bed, as rounding physicians often do.

Do you guys have an equivalent of "Abnormal, but expected" on labs?

Just wondering about her "Many abnormal blood tests" - over here if something is outside the normal range but is a known consequence of medication/previous illness etc it is noted. She fucks with so many random medications and is such an unreliable narrator that I don't even know how you'd guess at what is expected for her.

Some NHS systems also have a nice quirk that if you have a suite of tests and 1 out of say 50 numbers is out, they are all listed abnormal.

I guess I'm trying to say she could genuinely have had many abnormal test results, or labelled as abnormal, and still been correctly judged completely fine.

I hope the doctor that ordered that stupid test is now going to be the one treating the non-existent MG, not fair to foist that on others.

And once again I wonder how much mom and dad must drink, knowing that this retard sprang from their very own loins.

You can be certain the first thing she did with her test result is call up her parents and tell them how very truly sick she is and always has been. Now surely they'll have to give her money!

The big question is whether they're going to take her at her word for this and throw pitybux her way out of a feeling of guilt over not having believed her, or if they're going to go find a doctor friend to research this "diagnosis" that isn't actually a diagnosis and find out that she's BSing them yet again.

It's kinda harsh but I really turn my nose up at and flat out disbelieve like everyone who uses all these supportive medical subreddits now.. I just veiw them as thousands and thousands of Vicki's.
That’s not harsh, these groups are pretty much part of the internet munchie reproductive cycle: Have one or two vague symptoms, stumble into one of these groups, and you’ll be bombarded with tales about how everyone else had those same vague symptoms and took years to be diagnosed with this debilitating chronic illness because most doctors don’t know anything about it, and how anybody who tells you that you don’t have it and recommends less invasive treatment first isn’t listening to you.

Munchies absolutely dominate these spaces because being sick is basically their main hobby. Meanwhile, most people who are actually managing their issues are putting their time and attention somewhere else.

Plus the internet in general has also drastically enabled mentally disordered retards to share their tricks and tips (to get attention for knowing the most), regale a broad captive audience with tales of suffering (to get attention for hurting the most), troll other retards (to get any attention at all), and participate in the personality disorder oppression Olympics (to get attention for... getting attention). Just one big BPD echo chamber for the most objectively meaningless validation and confirmation bias. Most truly ill people are too busy focusing on wellness goals (mental acceptance of illness and physical lifestyle changes) to engage in this kind of fanciful illness theatre anyway.

The more I think about it, the more reddit chronic illness circlejerking makes me think of the early anachan boards. They're pretty much the Adam and Eve of this bullshit. The medical support group sphere in particular is so much worse now though thanks to the self-diagnosis trend and toxic disregard for medical expertise.

Ostatnio edytowane:
I'm most interested in this "we" who got them to run tests. Maybe just the royal we, true. But then she mentions "a friend" showing up.

Applesauce heiress? Who else is still in the picture?

It was her imaginary friend. They were all imaginary friends. Of all the lies Vicky's ever told, the idea that she has friends who came to the hospital and advocated for her is the biggest and most retarded. No imaginary doctor torturing her to prove a point has ever been as big and retarded a lie as that this girl could have a friend with the way she's acted for the last 5-10 years.

The person replying seems to be another boutique munchie - she’s convinced she has antiphospidlipid syndrome despite being seronegative and rants and raves about the incompetence of doctors.

I hope this is a trend, the munchies are so boring with their EDS, GP, MCAS combos. I’d love to see some Cheltonesque niche ambitions in that crowd.

No idea if she's simply lying for e-gibs or if she did get a positive test back for the first time since high school graduation but the whole reason highly specific bloodwork isn't ordered unless there's a certain clinical profile is that it's often inconclusive by itself. The vast majority of people would be devastated to hear they might or might not have a rare hard to diagnose disease so these screenings are administered with great caution.

haha of course she would, who the fuck do you think we're talking about here?
I figured there was a relative hierarchy of conditions for munchies, cause it's a lot easier to get indignant and wax poetic about one's "disability" if it's genetically inherited, and not-gross in its symptoms, whereas it's relatively less sympathetic if your condition is self-inflicted from IVDU and unsafe sex and the symptoms make you shit yourself and give you gross KS lesions.

Like in the Gilded age TB was considered relatively "romantic" because the patients would slowly fade away, coughing up blood into their handkerchiefs, rich people would get it and spend years declining in a sanitarium, whereas dying from cholera was pretty unromantic because you'd catch it from dirty water, most people who got it were poor, and they would quickly diarrhea their way straight to hell.

What the fuck does capitalism have to do with not reciprocating oral sex?
Ew ew ew, what the fuck is she expecting from The Apps?
Someone to come and service her? Her "homeless" powerchair unwashed pooner self who also thinks she is in a state that requires the ER? Will she still be using her monstrously outdated pictures to lure these men in? Imagine the horror. What the fuck lol

It is pretty fucking wild that Vicky still reckons she can impose her sexuality on victims. Like she has eyes and, vitally she has a point of comparison where she wasn't an absolute munter, physically anyway.

So a neurologist was smart enough to not buy Vicky's story of "look, I have myasthenia gravis! Here, see this mayo-smeared printed test result that I received from a boutique commercial lab that does oversensitive antibody tests for rich munchies"?

Bummer. Hope she doesn't have to go back to her Addison's aneurism migraine stroke E. coli anaphylaxis arc.

We do it pretty terribly here (USA). Short of labs so concerning the lab calls your doctor in the middle of the night, typically lab results show up in patient portals at the same time the doctor sees them, and anything even slightly outside of the reference value is highlighted red and flagged as abnormal. Most doctors, including all good doctors, do patient education and reassure patients that their labs are as expected and nothing to worry about. In particular, modern family medicine and internal medicine training focuses on being very narrow in lab orders to avoid over-investigation of "incidentalomas."

But, there are plenty of lower quality docs, or especially nurse practitioners, who shotgun labs and investigate every spurious result, and munchies flock to those and screenshot every red lab value.

If you do 20 labs where the reference values are based off 95% of the population, you'll get one that shows up red. Repeat 10 times and you're a very speshul zebra who's so grateful to your doctor for listening to you and diagnosing your rare condishun.

Vicky is in the hospital and thinks she's going to catch Covid because not everyone will cater to her masking lunacy. She compares herself to Ignaz Semmelweis.

Over on Reddit, she chastised people for thinking that transmen can't be lesbians if they're actually men. A fellow pooner tells her that "labels have meanings".
