I dunno we had to find out via third party. She never came out and even mentioned Sam Hyde. She never whined about her fears publicly. If it was for attention or manipulation it was purely for her husband and close associates.

I unfortunately have a family member that has BPD and she has weird fears that don't make sense. The 4th time, I got a phone call from a very irritated border guard who demanded to know what our intentions were and whether we were applying for residency. I'm pretty sure that it was only due to the nature of my job (Law-enforcement adjacent) that they didn't just choose to deport him immediately. (In fact, after I told him what my job was, they provided him with a temporary visitor visa and an accelerated application for residency). You really don't mess with Canadian immigration officials--the government might be full of fags, but the immigration officers are a different breed.

Optimistic, i know, but i feel like the divorce arc is closer. Thanks to canadian kiwis we know Ian will have to leave for some time and getting citizenship will be hard. When he has to leave (and goes to stay with his family because what other option does he have) will he end up returning to Canada at all?

I can actually see how Anisa was inspired by Kacey. Sure, Kacey can be funny in the way Trisha Paytas is, but she trolled too close to the sun and became a genuine wreck of a human being and her troll persona is no longer that, she's genuinely a mess.

She inspired so many "troll" twitch thots and gay men, and her majority audience is sassy, catty, nasty gay men. The same one Trisha Paytas had when she was a mess, crying on her kitchen floor (before she married Moses and did the Frenemies podcast with Ethan that gave her a more normie, supportive audience) and the gays were encouraging that because she was just a caricature for them.

Kasey has that exact type of gay men audience, the ones who make even worse and more "problematic" jokes than the most sexist, right wing grifter you could find but it's okay because they're "one of the girls". They support Kasey playing dumb, embarrassing herself, smoking herself into oblivion and killing all her remaining braincells because it's funny to watch a woman ruin her life for their entertainment. And she in return speaks of a "safe space for the gays and the girls" because they give her money to ruin her life, body and reputation. This is a common theme with pop stars as well.

Anisa was safe from that toxic gay audience because she can't appeal to anyone, neither the slay lolcow queen gays, the incels, the normies, or Hasan's audience. She ruined her life on her own, which is impressive.

I can't make up my mind about the potential for a divorce arc. On one hand, they clearly hate each other and have made each other miserable. Anisa is publicly distancing herself from Ian and his shitty videos, and Ian isn't really trying to defend her from the "incels" anymore.
On the other hand, most of the shit I've said has been ongoing for years, it would be odd for them to suddenly start making sensible life decisions now. I can imagine a future where the haters continue to multiply, their life continues to worsen, and they both react by blaming everyone and everything besides for themselves. This is honestly the funnier option, as it leaves them as penniless geezers who haven't had a positive interaction with another human soul since they were in their 30's. Either way, I win.
