In fairness, the PNW can make almost any house dark and gloomy if doesn't have correctly facing windows during the darker, cloudier months. The realtors clearly waited for a clear sunny day which a few weeks ago we had a stretch of, and I think they may have done a bit of trickery to get some of those photos to come out the way they did.

By contrast, Anisa appears to closed the blinds on that gigantic window, probably to keep the neighbors directly across from watching her porn shoot, which unfortunately takes away her best light source so long as she's not posing with it in frame (most of the time). Of course because she puts in the minimum effort, she apparently used a photographer that doesn't understand the need for supplemental lighting for this kind of content while insisting on using a flash without completely understanding how to (it's probably idubbbz, let's be real, and possibly just following Anisa's directions), the result being an atmosphere that reminds me more of something you would see in a "Top 10 Creeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeepy pictures with disturbing backstories" compilation consisting entirely of pictures serial killers took moments before killing the subject of the photograph.

Funniest part to me is we know idubbbz had lights they could use to make things look less like a dungeon. They just didn't. :story:

There'd be more directionality to the light in those photos if they took them during the sunny stretch we had. My old house's listing pics were taken on a day when was raining practically sideways this winter and look exactly like the photos on their Zillow ad. The stuff realtors up here can do to give a house the appearance of a hypothetical sunny day is pretty impressive.
Boggles the mind they couldn't spend even $50 to re-caulk some of that baseboard and throw a layer of paint on the basement concrete. Black scuff marks on white baseboard making it into the candid pics is inexcusable, you could fix that with 10 minutes of work and pocket change. I'd be surprised if their sale price covers much more than the leftover principle of the mortgage they probably took out on that place, if even that.

The only value of the shack is the location the land is on. In competitive markets, burned down homes cost more then good houses anywhere else. If they buyer wanted to, they could bulldoze the shack and build a brand new house for 300k, so noone is going to pay too much of a premium for a better house.

It's 100% getting knocked down and replaced with a cubist monstrosity like they have a few houses down the street. That place's existence means that street doesn't have an HOA (or the proggy equivalent neighborhoods like Green Lake establish to pretend they aren't NIMBYs) to prevent that from happening.
 
Here's how this will play out: They move into some ice fishing hut or whatever Canadians live in, Anisa divorces Ian in a few years, and since he's retarded he probably won't be a citizen by then and Anisa will be awarded a free house as Ian is deported back to San Diego for being an illegal

It's kinda insane how fast they left the country after getting brutalized by Ethan. Literally a few days and they were in a big transit van fleeing to Anisa's mother. I doubt this was Ian's choice. I wonder if Anisa's paranoia was behind it. Apparently she literally thought Sam Hyde was going to kill her. Maybe she thought that she's no longer safe in America after all the awful shit she did getting out? I don't really have a good guess tbh. Just amazed they picked up and left so fast.

For what i gather from her tweets i believe she fleed thinking Ethan was about to mega rape her, since shes always mentioning how Ethan is doing "weird sexual comments", if they were willing to waste thousands on security in fear of Sam Hyde murdering them, i can believe she would flee the country by creating a narrative on her head of Ethan's jewish rape dungeon because of his pegging jokes towards Ian.

Seeing the Jomhas in a near-empty stadium would have been kino, but what we got is even better. CC3 was always going to be a shitshow, but never in a million years did I think it would result in the Jomhas fleeing the country with their tails between their legs. Their retardation never fails to surprise.

The sale is listed as a warranty deed to Ian in 2022 (archive), while all previous deeds were statutory. From my limited education from my realtor, statutory = the purchase was financed in some way, just warranty = they bought cash. So if that's the case, they're taking a loss, even if it sells at $1.05M, just due to inflation.
It also means they had to pay his accountant extra to wrangle King County property taxes as well, or he just forked over what the county requested on his own, in which case:
