Her voice never dropped that much because she never took much T I think. It's the haphazard mixing of any random meds she could get her hands on and an exceptionally low impulse control lifestyle that made her so disgusting. Her poonery was always an afterthought and peaked with her harassment of a gay classmate. Vicky does have a Tiktok, Instagram, and Youtube, but they've been mostly dead for awhile. This was true even before she became aware of her KF thread.

Yeah she somehow took enough T to lose all her hair but not enough to have any kind of beard or even a vaguely teenage boyish voice. I've known FTMs who really committed to the bit and they all have real beards now, that they grew in time, even though their first attempts were pube beards. Vicki can't even grow a Patches Magickbeans level beard.
Prednisone will also cause hair loss (on your head, it causes hirsutism below your neck), so that could explain the bald but no beard paradox.

Listen, as far as Vicky grifts go, this isn't her worst one. The whole tranch saga and Kindness' part in it proved definitively that you can be a BPD loon playing at being a disabled pooner, and some guy will definitely take care of you and pay your bills, you just have to be ok with fucking a troon for 3-4 months max
