Seriously, Ratmouth must be going for exactly what Hardin states: keep repeating a lie long enough and loud enough and it starts to have the feel of truth. Russhole keeps banging on and on about how evil Kiwi Farms stalker children are, how HARDIN uploads the discovered facts about Russ to the Farms (isn't that a libelous statement?) and how his misadventures on the 6th was all just "a big ol' goof up!".

Props to Hardin for staying on message, it would be all too easy to spend time defending against Shitlips attacking his professional ethics and legitimacy, but he defense against only his lies that matter in the case, and keeping the judges focus on target. (we hope )

All in all, an interesting start leading in to the end of the month and countdown to D-Day.

So...I take it Russhole has NOT paid the sanctions he owes Null. The sanctions the court has ORDERED him to pay in a crystal clear fashion. The sanctions that the judge told Russhole, in no uncertain terms, that if he did not pay that it would result in dismissal of this case. I guess this means that Russ has a bold, new, case-winning strategy that will result in Null owing HIM money!

Hardin has a lot of citations in his filing I think it is more than he would normally have. Which is one thing you'd do if you were trying to make this resistant to appeals.

I think after years of this nonsense he had to up the aggro. But it probably took a fair amount of digging to find actual language from precedent as harsh as he needed to use, and outside of quotes from courts, a lawyer generally doesn't get to be that snarky.

I'm particularly impressed he managed to find an "I'm rubber and you're glue" quote from an actual court.

The standard of evidence for the court is this: complain to your mates about your opponents behaviour.

"I've talked to the other mongoloids in the group home and they all agree with me."

Assuming that a plausible situation occurs where Greer fails to pay the $1000 and has an additional $500 levied on top: What happens if he then fails to pay the amended sum? Does it just go to debt collection, or do the sanctions keep on accruing? If the latter is the case, then is there a limit and would the sanctions be purely financial or could there be a situation where Greer's hangdog visage is framed between bars?

I'm actually kind of surprised Greer's latest filing wasn't accompanied by a motion or threat for more sanctions. He spent his time whining that defense should get sanctions, but he didn't actually request any. And he didn't give notice that he served any on Hardin to be filed later.

I know his previous motions for sanctions got denied, but if he's alleging harassment, vexatious filings, outright crimes, and ineligibility to even appear in court, he shouldn't give up after a minor setback. Especially since he's also complaining about the massive amount of sanctions already on the docket against him; why not even try to return fire?

(this is somewhat rhetorical, I know the answer is Russ is a lazy asshole. He didn't even manage a full 2 pages today.)
