I think this nomination is from an earlier by Pakistan regarding a conflict I think Trump had even less interest in.

Rep. Buddy Carter, R-Ga., wrote to the Nobel Peace Prize Committee, declaring Trump had an "extraordinary and historic role" in having ended "the armed conflict between Israel and Iran and preventing the world’s largest state sponsor of terrorism from obtaining the most lethal weapon on the planet."

It seems to be over this specifically. Based on the article though this guy is just a pure Trump dickrider, he introduced a bill to rename Greenland to Red, White and Blueland as well. If this ceasefire does stick Trump deserves some kudos but we have no way of knowing that this soon.

Oh no you're wasting your time.

HHH is the same guy who got exposed for crying to the mods and helping get the DJT thread locked because people started messing with him/his ilk the same way he supposedly™ does.

So the fact that people started apologizing and listening to him continues to make this even better.
Even more so all of these people have to either come back here and whine; or go back to the TES thread.

just heard some dumb social media shit on somebody's phone how trump allegedly signed a law making all grocery stores check papers

i know better than to tip the local cows so i'm trying to put this as politely as possible: please stop bringing up "Joined Dates" and "Newethfagge Rapefugees" when you have your iconic 8-12 page-long snits. i'm not personally offended but i am significantly less entertained when you get caught in these GPT-2.5 loops of repeating the same phrases over and over. for an easy to process comparison, think how you would feel if you had to sit through a rerun for a show you only kind of liked but not really but nothing else was on so you just kinda put up with it. thank you.
Yeahhhh that's the exact brand of seething I'd expect from a 2021 account ROFL. Got the roodlypoo avatar and everything.

If this ceasefire sticks I don't see how he doesn't deserve it honestly, and I'm not slow to criticize Trump. He's wanted it for a while, and I think all his past claims to it have been tenuous at best, but I don't see how this situation would have de-escalated without Trump's direct involvement and the execution of the strikes. Israel would not have stopped until Iran's nuclear capabilities were crippled, and the only way they could have done that alone would have been long and bloody. Iran would have kept flailing in retaliation and cycling through figureheads as they were killed, whilst continually working on their goal of nuclear warheads. Trump, and the American citizens involved in the operation, have unironically saved thousands of lives as long as neither countries sperg out now.

I don't expect this to happen but at this point Trump should tell both sides to fuck off, and freeze any funding or support for Israel. Again, I'm not expecting that from Trump, I think the Jews are a huge blind spot for him, but this would be a very opportune time to do it.

The real thing here is ALL of you guys from both bell curves (fatpacks to CTR) think way harder than Trump does regarding politik. He's still more of a businessman and oddball than he is a strategic politician.

You do his job for him and set him up in your heads, lib or conscript or mystery meat and then get pissy when he doesn't live up to it. American politics is a lolcow. You get more enraged than a BPD bitch does at her man.

They go on about "nothing ever happens" chuds but where are the waitchads? I wait and see what happens and I'm always rewarded for it.

We're at the point where he said in his congress speech "they won't applaud me no matter what I do, cure this or that". We'll see. Will it just be Fetterman and a few others if this sticks that will praise him?

Will some of the fair weather right (Tucker, Hodgetwins) admit they were being jackasses?

I know the loony left in a week will go back to ICE bad and orange TACO and all that, but will the general democrat party get in line at least for a bit and act sane?

One could hope but then again that's almost every politician in government wanting to suck off Israel for that sweet campaign money. The shift within the last year however with more and more people in the mainstream Republican party criticizing the actual value of the American/Israel relationship has been a welcome relief.
