I'm overwhelmed by the sheer number of legal cases that Balldo is involved in so I created a list of them. Following this thread is almost a full time job. Any additions and/or corrections are welcome.
Completed cases
CPS case where the children were removed for several months. The children have subsequently been returned to the Rekieta household.
Choke-slamming one of the children in a chiropractor's office. Balldo admitted to this in advance of Gabe Hoffman’s appearance on Keanu Thompson’s stream. Balldo claims that this case has been completed.
The revenge porn criminal case against Aaron Imholte being settled for 1 KNU (50 dollars). Aaron has a hearing on June 25. (Case completed or ongoing?)
Ongoing cases
The drugs trial where he is on probation for another 4 years and 10 months. Balldo has made extremely serious allegations about the law enforcement officers involved in the case and questioned the propriety of the drug testing system.

The ongoing defamation case against (lower case a) Montagraph that had been due to be tried in December 2025 but has been postponed. Steve Quest (p/k/a Montagraph) vs. Nicholas Robert Rekieta & Rekieta Law, LLC (2023).
Parties
Montagraph: Real name Steve Quest, is a movie-maker known for being a shockjock online which ultimately due to the nature of his shockjockness attached a reputation of a pedophile onto him. This is an important part of Rekieta's defense. As far as anyone can tell, Quest is a massive weirdo that wanted the bad boy reputation, but is not actually a pedophile. No one, including the Kiwi Farms and highly paid lawyers for the defense, has ever been able to find anything to substantiate the rumors surrounding Quest. Hardin and another law firm against Kandiyohi County about releasing the bodycam footage. 34-CV-25-364. The Plaintiff is Matthew Hardin and NOT the KiwiFarms. Balldo is not directly involved in this case but appears to be trying to intervene.

Matthew Hardin is a Virginia licensed Attorney with license to practice in numerous other states, including Minnesota. Matthew Hardin is the former elected Commonwealths Attorney (Chief Prosecutor) for Greene County, Virginia where he served in that position for 2 years before returning to private practice.

Matthew Hardin is involved in these two cases.
The lawyer ethics complaint. Balldo has stated that he has already had multiple ethics complaints that have been deal with. (Did he mention 45 complaints?). Balldo states that the complaint was made by a KF user and that he has their dox.
There are several (4?) driving penalty tickets that Balldo has not paid. He seems to be able to get away with this.
Cases that Balldo is threatening. Balldo goes on threatening everyone, but these appear to be serious threats.
Threatening a civil suit against Aaron Imholte over the revenge porn. Aaron has already admitted guilt for this. He appears to be threatening Aaron to launch the suit on June 25th at Aaron’s hearing.
Threatening a case against Kandiyohi County for ???? He is asking for 6000 dollars for something? Is this related to Mama K and Tiki Man 2 viewing the bodycam footage in the courthouse?
Potential cases against Nick
The computer hacking case where Nick (and Melton) accessed Aaron Imholte's email and other accounts for several months.
He blatantly defamed his former nanny saying that she bribed the children to drink monster energy drinks and implied that she gave the children alcohol.
He is claiming to be a lawyer while his law license has been suspended for not completing ongoing educational training courses.
A list of other cases that Balldo was involved in and failed to appear.
One of the Defendants, Nicholas Rekieta, appears to have failed to appear in this Court on at least 5 other occasions in recent years, such that this is a recurring pattern. Specifically, a review of the Kandiyohi District Court's dockets reveal that Mr. Rekieta failed to appear on his own behalf in the following cases:
