I think it's clear, Nick is an abuser.

He's broadcast himself and been caught on camera verbally abusing and sexually abusing people, mostly women. This of course isn't the first time he's sexually harassed a woman over the internet, the misogynistic statements about drinking liquor from the judge's vagina also come to mind. This is why almost everyone thinks he did physically abuse his child, because he's got a pattern of abusing in his history.

I've always heard and read that rape (and sexual violence in general) is not strictly a sexual thing, it's about power and sadism. I think that matches up to how Nick has sexually harassed women, when he talks about a woman sexually in an inappropriate way, it's not lustful, it's a sadistic. He doesn't rant about drinking liquor from an unconsenting woman's pussy on stream because he's horny, he does it to humiliate her in front of his audience. I'm not saying he will or has raped someone, but he certainly seems to be on that path.

Over the past weeks I've being in this thread, I've come to the belief that Nick is a sociopath, always has been, always will be. But he was relatively low in impulsivity, which kept him in check, he didn't do stuff that was out of line because he knew consequences, and maybe there was a little empathy there, but not a healthy amount. Once he got into drugs though I think it just completely ruined any sense of reason with him, and pushed him into being more impulsive.

Essentially, I think this is the real Nick. The Nick behind the mask. Like he's a gay Patrick Bateman :story:

Heard a neurologist on the radio today. Supposedly addiction and revenge happen in the same part of he brain. A line gives you relief from cravings as revenge gives you relief from shame or humiliation. 20% of people who drink or take drugs become addicts and those same people lack self control over revenge.

Your average revenge fueled man with a lack of self control goes for a walk with a gun. Not Rekieta though. He is going to watch his enemy, noting possible petty legal violations and then force his fucked up wife to tell a court how important this enemy is and how much he hurt her. He even seethes like a cuck.

If I'm remembering correctly, the context of him showing the picture really puts a bit of a different spin on what he did. Not that it wouldn't be a crime anyway, but I recall him saying something along the lines of "your boy didn't do too bad." He obviously wasn't out to ruin her reputation or even speak badly of her, he was bragging about getting to sleep with her. Does that get taken into consideration at all? To me there's a big difference between someone who spreads a picture across the internet to make a woman miserable and someone who shows it to one person because he thinks she's worth bragging about.

I'm a retard so take this with a grain of salt, but generally the idea is how its distributed does matter. For example sending it to relatives and employers, would mean Aaron would've been in much more trouble.

Instead, since it was him just being a dipshit, he was only charged one KNU.
