This thread directly coincides with and explicitly tolerates acts of out–and–outright cyberbullying.
 
Where in the first Amendment does it say we can't talk about a person and discuss them. It's no different than celebrity gossip.
There are common–sense limits to how mean–spirited parody and "discussion" can get before they become harassment.

NO cyberbullying laws exist, if they did this site and many others would have been shut down already.
That's like saying cyberbullying isn't illegal.
