I just think it's a silly thing to give Momma Kay any amount of grief over.
She basically stuck her neck out by not only IRL reporting on Nick's court case, but also volunteering to be one of the people to view the bodycams at the courthouse and write a report for Null. She did this for no remuneration. Were she a Kiwi, she would actually get an achievement for that. Probably even be in the running for a Bufford Award this year. Instead, she gets backstabbed by that faggot Wil Harren, and Nick and his merry band of psychotic miscreants harass her and wish death upon her.
I think we're lucky to have her. I am also actually genuinely concerned for her safety at this point.

It's fairly obvious he's using the threat of a suit as a way of putting pressure on the county to suppress the bodycam footage - there's definitely been some screaming shower calls between Nick, his lawyer and the county attorney/sheriff.

You mean like the Sheriff was sneaky when he told Josh/Hardin "Just give me until early June to make a response and we'll see what we can do" and then immediately ran out the building, sweat pouring down his greasy face, in order to have access to the footage revoked.
Never forget that the county is on Nick's side in this, and have been since the beginning, even though he's tried to pretend otherwise. The Rekieta family name holds a lot of sway, and his rich parents have friends in high places. It's FUNNY and WEIRD how he now never mentions the supposed corruption and collusion that was going on to "frame him" because of how successful his YouTube channel was, and that it might have been able to affect the election if Rekieta wasn't stopped.

This doesn't make a lick of sense, why would Hardin pursue this pro bono & under his own name rather than Nulls if it's just Josh's' demand for "frivolous action", surely he'd put Nulls name on it and make him pay through the nose for such action - Nicks saying that Hardin is willfully damaging his own reputation on a case he knows he cannot win.

So there's real possibility that the county not only purposely destroyed part of the cocaine stash to limit the penalty, they also destroyed the bodycam video.
This reminds me of the Jimmy Snuka murder case. The actual town covered it up, likely bribed by Vince McMahon, if you go further into it.
What are they hiding? It's all on the table. Dead dog in the bathroom? Porn in the kids' rooms? What would surprise us, at this point? I think there's something else they don't want getting out, that would embarrass the county.
