We still have two more weeks before Hardin's reply is due, but I'm mildly surprised that Greer hasn't filed anything new yet. I wonder if he looked at ECF 340 and though he got some kind of win because the judge denied something the defense wanted and isn't really sure what to do right now because Hardin isn't asking him for anything and he already blew past the previous deadlines he had to no immediate ill effect.

Based on present deadlines and past history, I think we can expect Greer to file something next Friday, June 27th, indicating some further inability to conduct a basic transaction and pay the sanctions he owes. I may be slightly optimistic there as he probably won't try (and fail) to make a payment until the 27th and won't have his filing show up until the following Monday.

I suppose Hardin could always file his reply sooner than the end of the month, but I don't believe there's any good reason for him to do that.

The latest order doesn't even rule on the once extremely relevant, yet now somehow completely irrelevant RO application, so he's going to assume there are no consequences for ignoring deadlines of multiple orders compelling him to produce it. He actually thinks Bennett's "ignorance" of the cost of obtaining such documents that should already be in his possession means that the orders were made erroneously.

Whatever Shitlips does over the course of the next couple of weeks, he loses.

In the process of his bizarre mission to prove some kind of point, Mr. Hardin criminally stalked Plaintiff by spreading misinformation about him and damaging business relationships.

This eloquently describes SOMEONE involved in the case, yes.

Plaintiff has explained his position in multiple motions and notices regarding a goof up. That’s all it sincerely was.

Russell is the master of pivoting from malicious slander to miserable groveling. Russell believes that any transgression he makes is excusable as long as it's a mistake and he apologizes for it. Hardin, on the other hand, must be censured as brutally as possible, regardless of any mitigating context.

Every single person whom plaintiff has told what Mr. Hardin did, by criminally stalking him, has been left in horror that an attorney would actually do that.

I think it's telling that Hardin's 7 page, well researched, well legally founded response to Greer's rambling mushmouthed nonsense was filed less than 24 hours after Greer served him with it.

This is proof that either former Florida Gator's Football Coach Dan Mullen or Chob Chobson have hacked Greer's computer and are surveilling him OR that Hardin is considering what Greer's responses are going to be and preparing for them in advance. Either of those cases are obviously Rule 11 violations and completely unethical activity which should result in jailtime for the defendants and sexual favors from court staff for the plaintiff.
