I didn't know anything about Gabe Hoffman before this than he was a JEWISH JEW who JEWING JEWS, but I really got the sense that this wasn't meant for us. It was meant for a normie audience who had to be explained to what a lolcow was, and Gabe explained like it was political science theory rather than 'a funny retard on the Internet' and had to break down Rekietas history - which we have experts on but who's going to sift through nearly 200000 posts to find out if the thread already covered it? He only used the Farms on a surface level, he only used it to look at Kaylas videos, which are still in Prospering Grounds. He's on the periphery of these online sectors looking in.
He shouldn't have hyped it up as a crime, but we did really hype it up ourselves, treating it as this triumph, because we're anticipating the bodycam footage and we're all eager for the killing blow of Rekieta ego. There are some here that wanted this reveal for him to be caught abusing a child, for God sake.
But I think we're going to have to accept that won't happen, because as Keanu pointed out, his rage and denial is pointless because he admits half his crimes and takes no responsibly. You could sit down with him, show him the bodycam footage that confirms everything bad that we expect he did, captured on camera, and he'd still try to Balldosplain it away. This is a man who showed everyone a shitheap and called it clean, then spent 4 minutes, live on camera, looking guilty as fuck, pretending not to Photoshop evidence. This is somebody who'll simply confess to crimes just to cover for what he think other people will reveal. He will never accept a reckoning and he'll just cope and seethe away. I wonder how many of his trial stream audience would even care, since they're getting legal entertainment from somebody who's coked his child, on probation, lost his law license and is being sued.

On what basis would a judge award Kayla anything substantial for this?
One man saw her nudes that she never intended to show. They didn't leak. People were already calling her all sorts of stuff regarding her being a swinger. Her own actions brought more attention to Geno seeing her nudes. She doesn't make money, so it can hardly be said that this damaged her potential earnings.
You can argue emotional damage, maybe, but even then this is hardly like someone has been abused for years and wants a pay out.

Aaron should obviously offer to settle for a reasonable value in KNU.
Most states have a rule where if you refuse a reasonable settlement offer and then continue to litigate and get less than when what you received at trial was less than the settlement, you not only don't necessarily get that, but you get to pay the attorney's fees for both sides for the unnecessary litigation you proliferated.

How many times between the winter and spring of 2024 did Aaron bang Our Wife? Surely a finite number. Let’s say 200 times, to be extremely liberal. $50 KNU x 200 = $10,000 at the absolute maximum, in damages, emotional or otherwise. Let’s subtract the cost of a slatternly Midwest 6 for 10 months. That’s got to knock off a couple KNUs. If Nick was to sue or settle, the cost of his pain, suffering, and his “Lady’s” honor wouldn’t even cross the threshold to be worth a lawsuit.
