That is a scolding hot take. You don't deserve the dumb reactions but you might not get it. He's a meta-comic. Like Mitch Hedberg, Andy Kaufman, and whoever is writing Jason "Mald/Thor" Hall's life story for our sole entertainment.

This is like an anaesthesiologist who publicly posted about having a roofie fetish....many medical boards have ethical standards or government auditors/regulators for these standards, and I don't think this complies with it.
 
Holy shit I used to play EVE Online at the same time he did, when he was in Goonwaffe/swarm. I just found all his killboard shit, Khronos' pilot name, and another pilot named "Zultra Lord" who I know is either a mod or very close with him. There's a truckload more including forum posts, splinter corps with very gay names, and a bunch of furry references.

How is this relevant?
The killboard stats include dates and times for crosschecking whatever bullshit comes out of his mouth. And because I spent too much time going through the archives so I'm sunk costing this. Also, it's helpful knowing which aliases those closest to him tend to go by for future reference.

Just go through his pilot sheet, corp history, who he flew with, and you'll find familiar names and very gay references.

EDIT:
There are a lot of other Discord mods / regulars that follow him around between corp hopping. At least three confirmed, along with their alts. This happened over 5+ years. He's surrounded by yes-men. Cult of fursonality.

I remember the "piratesoftware lied about eve online" video corroborating most of this, that his own alliance(striborg) hates him nowadays, and that the community suggested patches that caused him to sperg out were originally endorsed by him, and not some grand conspiracy against him, khronos and zultra.

This brings up so many retarded questions, it just sounds like they're retarded at coordinating shit using anything besides groomcord, they could always use an outside chatting tool if its as "innocent" as just wanting to have concrete links and archives of their faggy ban reasons. But that spiel about "illegal" content is so suspectly worded, its probably just memes that say niggerfaggot or things they consider hecking chuddy, but the discord mod meme will live on forever.

In Discord... if you... if you're deleting stuff that's against Discord terms of service, you need to log that somewhere. You don't want to store that on your local machine because sometimes you will get unspeakable things.

There's only... I think one or two categories of things that we don't ever save down records of to prove, we will just put a note in instead. Ummm [unintelligble] we have an external Discord that we would use just for logging the information of the bans. At the moment, Discord does an awful job of logging ban reasons, all that kind of thing. Even when you put it into the notes when you ban them.. Can't put in a link, can't put in an image very well, it doesn't work nicely it's very hard to navigate, having a channel where you literally just put "A Violent Mango was banned for racial slurs" with a screenshot of what it was... don't put that in your main Discord server because Discord have the right to action your server for that stuff in that channel even if it's for moderation purposes. Ummmm you know so... Well we could build something and we might be doing that, watch the space. Something that we're looking to do to get around that to allow us tracking those things but you have to remember that you have to store that but store it in a way that is safe, protected, and functional in a way that you can do it quickly.

Maybe it's because Khronos is a British subject and terrified of having the wrong memes saved to his hard drive but I agree it's peculiar at best. This is really retarded and they're taking moderation way too seriously as if they're able to be audited by the public so need a chain of custody and record keeping on all of their bans. The janny mindset, which Mald is also afflicted with, is very unhealthy.

I'm pretty sure Mald just wants to relive his banbot glory days at Blizzard. It was the job he had for the longest. Would explain why he spent much more budget on banbot buddies than releasing a game.
 
I went to the pet store today to get some stuff for my cat and they had ferrets. First off, I can now confirm personally that yes they do stink a lot. You can smell them through the cage. More importantly was the price tag, nearly $500 for a ferret. And Mald is just buying these things up from the pet store regularly.
