OK to start out I have had some new intel in regards to Phil's housing history, you know when he was laying on the "I'm homeless PITTY ME!" really heavy during late 2014 and Early 2015? and there was a spate of images that all seemed to come from the same general house (decor and such).

Well it turns out that Phil had a legal residential address AND he was the SOLE OCCUPANT-

That's still his current email address BTW.

Now Detective Miller how do you know that was a residential address? Well the place was sold as a residential multi-family building earlier this year with occupants and it hasn't changed hands for quite some time before.

This has never ever been any form of homeless shelter, mail drop or any form of social housing!

So Phil want to tell us again just how homeless you've been? also there is another thread comming off the back of this in the next day or so if I can get all my ducks in a row.
 
nope as I said this was a purely residential address and always has been it was sold recently with occupants, and all of them have decent work histories.
I think we should probably check to see how long the house was up for sale because I wouldn't be surprised if Phil just picked one that was empty with a sign up to get an ID with.
 
So according to sales listing it was sold mid 2015.
So Phil's occupany would be early 2015 possible 2014.

Can't argue with the property records but if Phil lived there why would tweaker not know.
Possibility another rat king member used Phil's alias.....unlikely but..
 
According to buyers guide calculated $7700 rent generated pcm
It's a 9 bed unit so assuming each rented to a single tenant Phil would have to pony up $860.

Doesn't seem likely....

Could be rent controlled, some landlords rent at a loss to special needs types for tax write offs, there's always some reason behind it

Apartment 1
The one Phil is listed at is specifically 5 rooms

So unless Phil REAAAAAALLY needs space it's got to be a shared arrangement.
The building is broken into 3 specific apartments so I recalculated
to $2600 per apartment which potentially splits if shared.
