It was used to paint me as someone I’m not after I joined a few 'servers', and I’d rather not get into more details.
Regardless, I'm relieved it's over now. NTTS came out on top, and you whining about it won't change that. Discord has a set of privacy guidelines in it's Terms Of Service. If you don’t follow them, you'll get sued and end up as a laughingstock, just like spy.pet did.
PS: I would like to thank Kiwifarms for documenting the alternatives to spy.pet that pop up from time to time. I recently reported one of them to Speech.
All of them were public servers, and they got miffed about selling user data, not about scraping itself as that's legal. Regarding painting you as something you're not, you know yourself if you joined a server to be gay adult with fellow gay adults in a safe space, which is fine, or to be a child predator. which is criminal. The severs most prominent here are either extremely negligible proliferating actual CP, or proliferated CP on purpose using Discord grey areas and lack of moderation.
Not a single server here was broken into using haxx0r skills, literally just entered as they are on the clear web which any man, woman and child can enter either on purpose or by accident via people using online games to lure in or recruit participants. And don't quote discord TOS to us, as neither discord upholds their TOS as it should and is currently being sued for the exact reason this thread was created in the 1st place.
