I thought Null's point on stream today was that the footage is of relevance to April's case in terms of whether she was read her rights? It's not just Nick's case that is pertinent here.
If the judge was able to read the motion and view the exhibits once they were filed in MNDES I'd say that counts as being presented as evidence.
