I get the warm fuzzies every time I remember that the punishment will only be 30 days.
It's like the judge knew that years of jailtime would be gay and bad for content, and chose the perfect amount of time for nick to go in and come back sporting a durag and calling viewers "cuh" while talking about how prison hardened him.
He's a white bread ass nigga from the streets of suburban Houston. Those jail chimps ain't got shit on skelly. He'll be smuggling galaxy gas cans in his prison pocket. Only true and hardened criminals would ever think to do that.

i honestly don't understand why anyone would still side on team rekieta. after all of the revelations with the daughter testing positive for cocaine, rekieta should be irredeemable to a tradcon winemom audience. especially since rekieta is unrepentant for all of it.

i don't get it. why are the wine moms sticking with nick rekeita? rekieta is an ugly man. so it can't be physical attraction, like hasan has for his female audience. rekieta is not funny, so it can't for the intentional lols. at this point, rekieta is too brain damaged to be witty, charismatic, or noble. is it just the sunk cost fallacy? the wine moms invested too much time in rekieta, so they would look stupid if they turned on him?
I would argue those sticking around the N2O King aren't your average wine mom. I think those all went to Emily Baker and related types once Nick made it clear how boring he found trial streaming. Wine moms want the goss on true crime stuff and probably find Emily a kindred spirit.

I think Nick's flock is more accurately crack moms. White trash types who cling to conservative or lolbertarian dogma for purely self centered reasons. It doesn't take much for many of these people to admit to having substance abuse issues too. See chief sweeper in comments, Nicola, as one example. I think many of them see themselves in Nick as a "persecuted" figure and project a ton onto him. He's more than happy to play into it to feed his narc need for control.

i went back and OBS'd the call real quick just in case it helps at all. he seems very nervous. leg bouncing, hands shaking...stretching and scratching

It's clear someone is talking to him and he's not liking what he hears, but his "ODD" doesn't kick in and he's sitting there meekly and taking it like a bitch, only answering when the other person requires it, instead of screaming like a psycho like he usually does when people say things he doesn't like.

It's someone with authority over him.
He's not showing up here under professional regulation cases.
Wouldn't he only show up in appellate cases if he was appealing something that already happened? There are currently no (public) records of discipline from the OLPR.
He looked pretty shook, who knows what it is but the suspense is killing me! You can barely hear a female voice talking to him in the background before he leaves. Wonder if there's a way to enhance that audio.
Anything involving a female who can fuck his shit up causes him to lose it completely like the impotent balldo weirdo he is.
The most common response to my poll seems to be that he either failed a drug test or the bodycam footage is being released. I personally leans towards the former, because I don't believe he would go silent about the bodycam footage but he would if he was in genuine trouble. I don't know if he FAILED a drug test, but he may have missed one or he may be in trouble over something. Hard to know
I'm not sure why they'd call him about the bodycam footage.
He said that Null, a person he's talked to for years, has a parasocial relationship with him
That's one of the dumbest fucking things this mongoloid has ever said and it's facing stiff competition. Other than Metokur I can't think of a person who is less into "Internet frens."

That is an interesting point

Did anyone notice this news article in the local news yesterday? Front page of the West Central Tribune:

Probation for Spicer, Minnesota, lawyer/online personality may lead to dismissal of drug charge

ETA: This article is pretty damn thorough. This will be very embarrassing for Nick. Not sure if it’s the reason he signed off so suddenly today, but I’m sure he won’t be happy about this.

And the fact he kept bringing up an exact date for when she last spoke as if he knew

Did we ever get an explanation for that?
April lied to Nick which means she wasn't/isn't on the short leash Nick thought he had/has. As soon as Keanu alluded to being in contact with April after the date Nick knew, he lost it. Turns out that Nick failed at being an control freak woman abuser. Just like he failed at being a husband, father, Christian, lawyer, streamer, sober and everything else. He couldn't keep some dumb bitch under control.

It would be cool if his hands fall off from nitrous and he just comes back with cheap Chinese robot hands and tries to tell everyone that normal healthy human hands suck and that he is actually 200 IQ for making his hands fall off with Galaxy gas
He could replace his missing hands with balldo contraptions and become a supervillain.

I don't know. I thought that MN Supreme Court was responsible for disbarment, and I believe that search system captures both MN Appellate and Supreme Court case documents. Below is the search I am performing.

Nick's tweeted in the last hour or so, so he isn't in prison

Boring stuff coping about his fingers and being upset someone registered the website rekietalaw.gay before he could

I'm a bit busy and can't archive right now if anyone else wants to

Bingo!

You always experience the heaviest flak when you're over the target.

I know this well.
I experienced this first hand at work as well.

Not to power level and ramble on: rumor about two coworkers having an affair. Someone asks me about it and I say something dismissive offhand because I don't really care. Somehow woman in alleged affair finds out I said something and blows the fuck up at me 20 minutes left in the shift before Christmas break. Threatens to take me to hr, how dare I spread rumors, brings up another co-worker's dead husband, etc.

Fast forward a few months and I'm in a different area and I find out that they came clean and were indeed having an affair.

Nobody blows up that much unless there's truth to it.
