If you are wondering why he's seething so much about having HPV-16, and that he's going to get exposed for knowingly spreading it.

I think it's just what happens by default when you use the front camera on a smartphone. She's most likely taking "selfies" using the front cam so she can see and line up the photo before capturing it; at least when i do that on my smartphone using the camera app, the resulting image that gets saved to my gallery is a mirrored version of what i originally saw before snapping the photo.

edit: it varies a lot across diff phone brands and apps, but still-- the coat hanger on the KIA Soul is the strongest evidence, seemed to exclusively be a feature of the Driver Side's grab handle on those cars

I agree, thats a very good point. Much more likely that they're flipped if that is correct. Not too sure if it matters as I don't use many of these photography apps, but in the car photograph she uses this Rose icon:

Which is a Samsung emoji, I believe. It could just be that the app she was using uses the Samsung emojis when placing stickers over photographs.
