I'm not understanding your argument. If one (the ONLY) black student is affecting the statistics of a school because the general body of a school is low, then logically, you'd have to account that the one student, not the school itself, is the cause of the decline and handle it accordingly.
It's much more simple than that, Jews are often white passing. So they fall at the of the progressive stack. What is curious to me, is why didn't a lot of the jewish marxist professors see this playing out exactly this way.

Theoretically, if the 14th Amendment itself was only removed (or replaced) it would get rid of the incorporation of the Bill of Rights via the Due Process Clause within it. Birthright citizenship would also be eliminated.

Civil liberties are incompatible with Jews and third-worlders. The first amendment is already dead, as is the second, as is the fourth, as is the sixth, and on and on. I would much rather suspend them and start from scratch than cling to the comfort having them while the government finishes nailing the coffin shut.
I think the 14th Amendment warrants a constitutional amendment to fix the shortsightedness regarding birthright citizenship. I don't think the equal protection is a problem but it is increasingly ignored because there's no enforcement, as with many laws.
I understand where you're coming from and disagree. What you're asking for would just as well be used against you much worse. A major problem in the US is how the judicial system is abused to implicitly compel behavior. This is primarily done by companies but states do it, obviously California being the prime example. However, people do still have the means to push back thanks to the Constitution and. if properly challenged, would likely work out for the better but it's prohibitively costly, even to the soul, to go that route and instead of fixing anything, the rot has festered and eventually push will come to shove for better or worse.
