Maybe a smaller watermark that regularly changes positions across the video? I've seen a number of youtube channels do the same so that at a glance someone ripping a video won't notice a watermark but every 30-60 seconds it'll reappear in a different spot or fade in/out making it incredibly difficult to remove or censor. Could just do that but on a shorter time scale for clips like this, maybe fade it in every 10-20 seconds in different corners of the video. No idea how to do that with fmmpeg though.

In terms of watermarking though, I think the best way to do it would be to have non-transparent letters stacked vertically, moving horizontally across the screen in alternating directions, like this:

1. It makes it a pain to upload stuff so some people will just stop.
2. Auto-niggering covers up legitimate watermarks for things that didn't actually originate here. Its gay when people steal from us, its gay when we steal from other people.
3. Watermarking makes images look uglier. Acceptable when denying discordniggers a paycheck, obnoxious when covering up, say, stuff in the bad DA art thread.
4. Does a disservice to lolcow history to just slap nigger on everything. We're going to be looking at this stuff for years to come. It would be nice to not have to peer around a sky full of niggers when just trying to browse overeating retard images.
