NDAs cannot be used to prevent someone from reporting crimes/illegal activity. If Chaney or April had seen crimes/illegal activity and signed an NDA, and Nick is relying on their ignorance of this fact to prevent them from saying something, he's fucked.

Just to add to this, if there is an NDA on April you're talking about an NDA between an employee and employee who had a sexual relationship. In 2023 congress passed a federal law banning any use of NDAs to cover sexual harassment, as often those NDAs as part of settlements informed the plaintiffs they could not disclose sexual misconduct to friends/family or even doctors.

The fact he publicly claimed her to be a subordinate on payroll and publicly displayed their sexual relationship and many (far too many) intimate details of that relationship could open his retarded ass up to a lolsuit as it stands.

Correct me if I'm wrong but April was a vague poster on social media whereas Nick has continued to parade the sexual exploits they had as publicly as humanly possible.

So even if there was an NDA in place it would get thrown out the minute April claimed any sexual misconduct on his part. In fairness, all that narcposting could have just been in reference to her ex, to whom she was married for ten years and with whom she had a relationship for even longer if his Facebook photos are anything to go by, only for it to all come to an end in the below December 2024 divorce decree just 10 months after she fled the balldoverse. One can't help but wonder if being so distraught from all that she witnessed in skelly's house of horrors at least partially contributed to the breakdown in that relationship, in yet another testament to Nick's reverse Midas touch turning everything around him to shit.

Unfortunately with her DFE we may never know about that impact, but the divorce case can make one thing almost certain: if Nick's claimed direct warning to some supposed new employer was relying on that outdated LinkedIn profile showing her time as a nanny with James Roberts eons ago or relying on reports that she was hired as a nanny for a different church member shortly after she quit in February of 2024, then it would appear that Nick just wasted a bunch of hot air for nothing because he was too retarded to do a simple name search and see from the divorce's required disclosures that she isn't even working as a nanny anymore.

This is what Nick is referring to. It is a report from February 2023 which came out from the public documents in the @MNPublicRecords posts. She is simply referred to as an "un-named Nanny".

In other words, the person reporting the incident did not even know her name and likely only knew that the family had a nanny and nothing more than that.



Last year, Nick referred to this report as bullshit and properly screened out, but he is now pretending that it was a report primarily regarding his nanny. This is clearly proven false even by the short summary of the report which shows that the person didn't even know her name.

Personality disorders in the Cluster B spectrum can be hereditary. Although many would argue that narcissists are not born they are made. I already have my suspicions that Kayla is fucked up too, and not just on Xannies, or whatever she takes to numb her from the walking shitshow she married, and her meaningless existence. I don't think she has high narcissistic traits like Nick, but she could easily be a Borderline like April. BPD and NPD relationships are very common, and they can last a long time.
