Well, considering he's a convicted criminal for PERPETRATING that, he could claim he's a victim of being prosecuted and convicted of electronic harassment. Did it even happen anywhere? I know the real answer is "he's not being stalked so obviously not" but if we did for some asinine reason accept that a couple public record requests filed via email constitute stalking then where did that happen?

Is it in the towns that received the requests? Probably not since they are all tautologically different places. Is it where the Hardship was when he sent them? He could move around but where he lives could maybe work? Is it where rusty is? After all if you're actually stalking someone by following them around then it's where the victim is at the time right? That must be it. Whatever city shitlips was in when Hardin sent the email has jurisdiction. Case Closed.

Here's what LV requires for a Protective Order against stalking. Once again I don't think the opposing lawyer who lives in another state is going to qualify as no "reasonable person" is going to feel terrified of them doing their job.

And his current aim is to acquire real estate for his brothel. So what better way to make his dream a reality then to add some local real estate agent to it to really convince the town council that he has a plan!!! note that I do not have a lot of knowledge about starting US LLCs. Where I live this would be impossible due to notary requirements, but I've heard it's far easier to start a company in the US.

That Mr. Huber is totally ignorant about and does not consent to being a partner in ID NV LLC is not something that matters in Greer's rather fluid mind.

He was getting CCed on the emails between Shitlips and the Winnie city council. He cannot be completely ignorant of what's going on, though it's possible he's not aware it's not just an 'entertainment' business but a full on whorehouse Russ is planning.

Jesus Christ! You must be ignorant. The Nye brothels closer to Vegas are notorious for being over-expensive. It’s common knowledge that if you want cheaper prices, go to the Northern parts away from Vegas and Reno.

That basically leaves him only Winnemucca (As Humboldt county otherwise prohibits brothels in unincorpated areas), Ely (White pine county otherwise prohibits brothels in unincorpated areas) Lander County, and Elko County

Ely allows brothels but checking their zoning maps, they never zoned anywhere to actually open a new one with the 2 current brothels being grandfathered meaning it appears to be seemingly impossible to open a new brothel.

Checking Lander County, they're only legal on one street in the entire county,

Lets look at Elko county, only Brothels are allowed in the City Limits of Elko, Carlin, and Wells

Seeing these financial stablity and adequate financing clauses I went and rechecked Winnemucca's requirements, and I found out you only have to show financial stablity if you're a convicted felon, same for Lander County, I checked the agenda for their meeting today, Wednesday May 21st and meetings from the past 3 months and there's nothing regarding Greer, brothels, or any of his LLCs, same for Wells, Elko, and Carlin, no mentions of him.

I'm reading a murder mystery at the moment. (How is it that I'm only just discovering the work of Thomas Perry? Every single book a total banger.) Anyway, in this book, the bad guy is knocking off whores and so the private eye who is seeking out the killer makes an appointment with a prostitute who fits the profile.

She is very explicit when she's making the appointment that he's paying for her time. Depending on how they get on, something else may or may not happen at the end of the date, but he's not paying her for sex because that would be illegal. (I'm pretty sure that the hooker in this negotiation is in Las Vegas, but it could be Texas.)

Obviously, most women in the sex industry care about things like their reputation and repeat business, so when a man is spending $4,000, they're going to bend over backwards to ensure that he has a good time. Presumably, this woman felt like most people would when confronted by Greer in real life. ie, there's no amount of money that could persuade her to have sex with him if she could possibly avoid it.

As an aside, this book is set in the world of high end freelance prostitutes. The going rate in the book seems to be about $800 an hour -- on a sliding scale. Around $2000 would seem to get you an overnight GFE. It does sound like they were milking Greer because of how vile and obnoxious he presents, but I'm sure lots of men aren't Adonises. Rejection of Greer seems to be based on his personality rather than his looks.
