What is even the point? You purposely raise a slave for his entire life for a glorified pikeman? Like yeah having good discipline is important in that type of military unit, and some of those units were historically extremely powerful, but not to this extent of insanity. This kind of money would be better spent training those children to be a jack of all trade warriors that can fulfill as many role on the battlefield as needed, making them incredibly versatile to fill any holes, while also having them loyal enough to go on suicide attacks a la' Fremen.
In his defense, late medieval pikemen were highly effective and very sought after units - Swiss pikemen, German Landsknechts and Spanish tercios were some of the most effective military units/formations of their day.
What the fat kike fails to realize is that it wasn't just them being pikemen that made them so effective, but also the élan and esprit de corps they embodied. These troops were just as much a product of their ethnicity and culture as they were of their training and weapon of choice.
The Swiss were noted to be disciplined, but more importantly highly aggressive and highly mobile. On top of that, much like the Roman maniples, their officers were able to take the initiative and exploit a situation if they saw an opportunity.
Other than the discipline part, the Unsullied lack any of the other aspects that made medieval pikemen so effective. They're as close as robots as you can turn humans into, their lack of testosterone limits both the length of pike they can wield and the speed at which they can carry it, and just like the Dothraki, they're apparently a homogenous type of unit, consisting only of pikemen, while IRL formations were a combination of pikemen, troops wielding halberds, swords, zweihanders and other "shock" weapons and ranged troops like crossbowmen or gunners.
The funny part is that Westeros already possesses proper, European pikemen formations, instead of outdated Macedonian or Greek phalanxes, so the Unsullied would realistically have a very, very bad time fighting against those. Not only would the Westerosi pikes outreach theirs, but they'd be constantly peppered by the intermixed ranged troops, and would probably get rushed by the troops equipped with close in weapons.
