That is so bizarre. I don't understand why. It is generally more painful for Null when the case was "active" as Hardin has a lot more work to do and thus costs more money which is why he filed the motion to wait until Greer pays the filing fee. If Greer makes the hearing take longer the case just gets delayed longer anyway and that's more time Null doesn't have to pay Hardin.

Maybe Greer wanted more time to try and find the other two people in his amended complaint? Maybe he knew that very little that was good for him would come out of the hearing?

I just don't get it.

I'm making a prediction. Russ will not give Mr. Hardin the docs. I'm not going to speak about how much time he has left, but he is clearly stalling. That either means he won't have the time needed to do it on the last day, or he's planning on not doing it to begin with. Either way, (and in addition to his comments of IFP fraud and ignoring court orders) I don't think Russ will comply.

I think that Greer may have already accepted that this case is going to be dismissed. In fact it may be the case that in his last motion part of the reason he filed it was to give a reason as to why he won't pay it that makes it look better when the case is dismissed.

He may have given up and is trying to get the case dismissed, but on some grounds where he can cope that it was just some procedural bullshit and not that his case was garbage from the very start. Just bias judges using arcane rules to bully the pro se retard.

Could be, he could also be thinking about a possible appeal though I guarantee the Magistrate and District Judges are going to make sure they crossed their Ts and dotted their Is on this one. Like they have given him the ability to do the things he needs to do in order to not have it dismissed and he is failing to fulfil those obligations.

Agree. And that would be a good moment to drive home that the meeting was at Russels request. And he knew of the conflict for 30 days without informing court or defense before filing an 11th hour EMERGENCY motion. It's. The shear levels of disrespect for the Court, court officers, opposing Council and defendant that's piling up against him.

Russel is partially correct. The Whoremongering Meeting likely would have been irrelevant. Until he put it into the record and forced the defense to investigate and respond. His cries of relevancy fall away when it unearth (yet more) evidence that he's been fucking around and deliberately wasting everyone's time.
