In my personal experience I've seen so many Chromebooks that look similar to pic related than I can remember. Non-Whites don't understand that the Chromebooks that the schools lend out to them aren't their own personal property to vandalize and destroy, they still belong to the school or district. Most Chromebook repairs are easy and quick to do, but the most annoying IMO is a lcd back cover replacement in which you have to ensure that the lcd screen doesn't get damaged while you try to pry off the taped on bezel (Dell loves to put both tape and screws on the bezel)
