Maybe it started as alt but at this point its probably grown bigger than his main, and so Bint fell into the age old trap of your joke alt becoming vastly more popular and so you slowly start using it as your main more and more. (If you've ever followed a gimmick account on twitter you've 100% seen this before.) Bint posting about wrestling constantly makes me think this is the case.
I really doubt Bint's main is anything interesting, hell I doubt it has even broke 1000 followers. While it would be hilarious if it turned out Bint was some random 3 view pissy over more popular creators, or even a actually well known Vtuber who needed a alt to rant about their peers, I don't believe its the case.

Insurance. Insurance dictates a fuckton. If they say something isn't necessary they won't pay. Colonoscopies are recommended for over 50s and then only once a decade, I believe. Shiina is, what, early 20s? Insurance will just laugh and tell her to walk it off.
It's not even remotely that bad. I had my colonoscopy last summer and I'd say the worst part was the fasting. Would you be surprised if I said I like to eat? I didn't stray far from a comfortable shitter, to be sure, but it was not some godawful experience. Pretty much a huge nothingburger.

At the end at 2:53:00 Liora mentions her last stream is May 25th, she will be an affiliate like Ame in Holo is. She mentioned in her stream last month she might pop in here and there because she's friends with Kokone in real life, and V&U have said it's an open door, she can return whenever she likes or wants. It does sound like Lofi might also be leaving as well or will continue this sporadic schedule but Kokone is staying.

I've considered it before, but the stuff Clara posts is stuff people unironically post in the Autstic Thunderdome politics and Beauty Parlor threads, and you'd just end up inviting people like that to the thread to shit it up. I think its' place on the sister site is pretty fitting. Only the OP post deserves to be updated and maybe should have info about life including her idol days before becoming Clara.

PSA for clarity's sake, the current recommended age for men is 45 as colon cancer is the 2nd most common form of cancer; some DRs will recommend even 40 if you have colon cancer that runs in your family. Also you do get a 10 year grace period unless they find and have to remove any benign polyps then you get a 5 year grace period before they want you back in. Concur completely on the runup to the procedure being far and away the worst part of it. 1 day of liquids only, then 1 day of fasting, all while drinking laxatives to completely drain the pipes. Had one last year while i had no insurance and total i paid a little less than $1.7k in Texas between the GI surgeon, medical facility, and anesthesiologist. That was the median price too as i shopped around looking for a good surgeon to do it. Insurance is such a fucking scam but i get people playing the providers games cause they're already paying them.
