I think every person in Ian's situation deserves someone who will tell it like it is. Don't get me wrong, during the Onlyfans arc, he would not have listened to Ethan, and it was not Ethan's responsibility to save him either at all, he had his own shit to deal with and Ian is an adult, it's just frustrating to me how it seems like no one ever sat him down and told him he was making the biggest mistake of his life by staying with her. He seemed receptive to criticism years ago and he was sick enough of Anisa to break up with her once so this isn't me being overly optimistic, there was hope at one point. Ultimately, it is his fault for ignoring his instincts, but it's baffling to me how no one cared back then and no one cares now. It feels like the only people who can see this relationship for what it is are people like us who have no way of changing anything.

I would have said no way a few days ago, but Ian surprised me when he released the content deputy. I thought for sure he would just slink away after getting ass blasted by Ethan.

I think it has a good chance of happening now that he's said he wants to "roll around in pig shit". Ian also called Ethan bitch made so if he doesn't show up... well, it would take quite a lot of coping to justify something like that to yourself.
 
I’ve had people tell me that they think Ian has BPD too. These people have also had experience dealing with BPD men or have BPD themselves. It’s why he hasn’t left Anisa, is a narcissist, cannot take criticism and is impulsively burning his empire down.
