I could be totally off base, but I have a feeling the judge has had his eyes opened to the reality that's at play with Russhole. That Russ can have very easy to understand instructions explained to him very carefully, be told in no uncertain terms what exactly is expected of him and how proceedings are expected to go, and then Russ will continue to ignore all that and just go by the script in his head how HE expects things to go. I also think the judge now understands just how vindictive Russhole is and how he is willing to operate in bad faith and even outright lie because he wants to be given his way. I suspect that is a major driving decision behind having this hearing. I think the judge wants this over and done with, which is why he was so quick to deny Russ' request to reschedule and has NOT denied Null and Hardship Hardin's request to dismiss the case.

I also think being able to talk things out "in person" with the judge instead of having to do everything through filings is going to help Hardin make Null's case. Especially given the contrast between Russhole's incompetence in person. Again, I could be totally offsides here, but it's the feeling that I have.

I think the judge wants to give russ a 'real chance" and is going to do that standard "explain it to a fucking retard" thing that judges have done in the past for russ and for other lolcows (I'm specifically thinking of the restraining order denial given to Ricky S Tommyson - the judge explained exactly why he couldn't grant it, what Rick would need to do to get it, and Rick just fucking did nothing at all).
