Cmon skelly come to Gunt chat and argue with us about the efficacy of microdosing amphetamines. We're nice here, we won't bite!- Nick claimed today that his Adderall dosage is 10mg and he gets 300mg per month total.
- He uses it for "small bursts" for "spot fatigue" due to being stressed out. When he is stressed out, his narcolepsy kicks in.
Other streamers using SuperTips have already demonstrated this. As ever, Nick doesn’t have an original bone in his body (except when he’s taking a Jamaican Mandingo). He's shown that its possible to self-generate SuperTips
Nick has the constitution of a fainting goat. When he is stressed out, his narcolepsy kicks in.
I love this self-devouring Ouroboros of retards advising retards. Its compounding effect produces an exponential rate of retardation.Likely Boss Baby Barnes is Advising PDF-Melton.

- Taking coke is really exhausting according to Nick.
- Nick sees many advantages in taking up drugs and heavy drinking later in life.
- Nick didn't "really" drink until he was 35 and didn't do coke until he was "40".
Jim may have invented anime, but Nick invented the world's first father daughter coke denAn amusing sidenote I thought of while watching Mister Metokur (aka. "ITS ALL YOUR FAULT JIM! YOU DID HIROSHIMA AND CREATED ANIME").
According to Playboard.co, a YouTube analytics website, Mr. Augustine returned from the dollar store yesterday with his long-sought Cherry Coke, attaining Peak Concurrent Viewers of 11,563 and raised over $2,394 in Superchats (hat sales and etc excluded). Meanwhile, Nick's best stream in weeks generated only 5,901 peak viewers, and a measly $175 in chats.
Nick has over 50.53% of Mekotur's sub count, but cannot generate even 7.3% of his revenue. As per current statistics, Nick would need to stream 14x times over to reach the Superchat revenue that the Cancerman draws in a single stream. Isn't it funny and weird where not being a narcissistic cuckold can take you, Nick?
He sounds sloshed as fuck.
He should just smoke meth. That'll keep his narcolepsy at bay for 8ish hours at a time.
That's a sort of different legal issue. The White v. Samsung case I mentioned earlier might apply in that situation, although I'll note it's more of an outlier than a leading case, with lots of subsequent distinguishing cites. The denial of en banc review in that case by the Ninth Circuit also had a scathing dissent by Alex Kozinski, joined by two others, critiquing the reasoning of the panel. I agree with Kozinski's dissent, but the case is an example of how far-reaching the tort is and how ordinary "parody" defenses may simply not apply.Only if people do not use it to send messages in which the voice identifies itself as Kurt and cracks jokes at his cost.
Pedotips might have complied with the C&D, but Nick would still be harassing Kurt by allowing those messages (which would still violate supertips and Youtube TOS).
I don't think this is over just yet.
Bottom line: Nick lost. Kurt won. He'll never admit it though. When Kurt sent the C&D notice, Nick tardraged hard until 4AM CST on Twitter, screaming how Kurt was abusing freedom of speech, only to be told that it was misuse of likeness for commercial gain and that Melton would be rolling over immediately.
Please don't giv...He should just smoke meth. That'll keep his narcolepsy at bay for 8ish hours at a time.
TBF yes. It's been mentioned repeatedly going back pretty much to the start. Using it as an excuse for his deviant behaviour - that bit's new.Was there ever any mention of narcolepsy before he started doing drugs and swinging? Making up new conditions to justify doing drugs is classic addict behavior. Is this an actual thing or is he just classifying his bodies dependency on uppers as narcolepsy?
If Nick had ADHD, Adderall would calm him down, not hype him up. He’s hooked up with a Dr. Feelgood for sure.- Nick claimed today that his Adderall dosage is 10mg and he gets 300mg per month total.

You're not actually selling them for profit on a per-use basis. While conceivably they could be monetized, that would probably not be sufficient to establish commercial use by itself, just as a movie with a parody clearly mocking some celebrity wouldn't satisfy the requirement (although the issue with specifically AI is not settled at the moment). And I’ll also acknowledge my bias—I use AI-generated versions of Rekieta’s voice to poke fun at him.
I don't believe this will ever become a legal issue for Nick. I am looking at it more as a threat to his Youtube channel. That's a sort of different legal issue. The White v. It might if some otherwise disinterested party known to be represented by actual practicing lawyers takes an interest. Eric July might have had enough of this cocksucker and be willing to do it, although the more likely result is that a C&D to Pedomelt would have him rolling over and pissing himself.I don't believe this will ever become a legal issue for Nick. I am looking at it more as a threat to his Youtube channel.
Yes. He talked about how he was really "suffering" from narcolepsy all the way back to his job out of college at the mortgage bank. But often his descriptions of narcolepsy seem more related to him not sleeping. He seems to stay awake until around maybe 4am or later. Then he uses Provigil before bed-time to wake him up in the morning a very few hours later. IMO he seems to use it more to avoid normal sleep than any actual narcolepsy. Was there ever any mention of narcolepsy before he started doing drugs and swinging? Making up new conditions to justify doing drugs is classic addict behavior. Is this an actual thing or is he just classifying his bodies dependency on uppers as narcolepsy?
It's likely not going to become a full blown legal issue for him as long as Melton acquiesces to every single C&D.I don't believe this will ever become a legal issue for Nick. I am looking at it more as a threat to his Youtube channel.
