Interesting, it's from, what I am almost certain, given how straight it is, a stitched incision that runs medial to lateral in a longitudinal fashion. Whoever did it didn't do a terrible job, but it wasn't a plastic surgeon. The scar shouldn't be so visible given it appears to be quite an old scar with how faded it is. However, it did impact the natural crease of his smile. I don't think they took that into consideration when they did the repair. If I had to guess I'd say someone with just a general surgical qualification did it.
