For those that don't remember Kurt was one of the last baldoguard to turn on Nick. Sure he eventually turned, but all this rage is toward a man who stood beside Nick until he absolutely couldn't justify it.
Kurt's turning on Nick bruises Nick's ego more than the others because Nick always saw himself as vastly above Kurt. Narcissists like Nick keep "friends" like Kurt to feel more secure and powerful by comparison. Nick cannot stand the idea of his "lesser" both rejecting him and having power over him.

People cut Kurt some slack because of his obvious autism and the fact that he was incredibly hurt by being betrayed by someone he may have thought was the only friend he'd ever had. Think of one of Skeletor's minions who finally realized what a dick Skeletor was.

At least by the time of the "Dear Kurt" stream, where Nick totally showed what a foul piece of shit he is, Kurt was entirely over him.

Kurt has his own weird ethics. They may not make sense to a neurotypical person, but loyalty to someone you consider a friend, instead of the usual "chuck someone overboard the instant they cross the groupmind," is actually admirable, if sometimes dumb.
Nick cannot stand the idea of his "lesser" both rejecting him and having power over him.
That's another wrinkle. He considered Kurt his bitch. Not his friend.

Now he's Kurt's bitch. Suck it, skellyfag.

It’s a twisted and self-serving view of what principles and morality truly are. Power, opportunity, and money don’t erase moral boundaries—they reveal the strength of one’s actual belief system. Morals and principles aren’t defined by what you say publicly on a livestream, but by the choices you make and the actions you take.
Mel Gibson said it best from The Patriot:

"I have a family, I don't have the luxury of principles".

Everyone thought Nick was gonna get his 28 jail days by relapsing, but he's on track to get them through harassment
Does LOTY come with some off-the-books cash or bullion prize or something? Why is it being so hotly contested!?

Kurt's loyalty went way above and beyond what any normal person would have stood for. It made me think that he must have led a somewhat lonely and friendless life to put up with the kind of shit he put up with from Rekieta. Even prior to the cokestream, Nick had subjected him to a continual string of low level snubs and disses that would have seen him getting an ass kicking in most circles. Kurt just seemed to give the impression, 'OK, he's a bit of a dumbass. He probably doesn't have any idea how offensive he's being.'

But Kurt was never getting invited into the hot tub. Which is a shame because I've seen Kurt working that anal lube tube. I think he could have showed Nick the kind of good time that he's continually seeking down at the Gay 90's.

Today's Superchats was a mere $172 dollars (not counting criminally operated Pedotips), From a $1,136 dollars on his return YouTube stream, to a measly $172 dollars. A violently sharp drop of 84.85%.
At timestamp 6:53:03 in today's stream, Nick added up all the Supertips he received. It was 91 total. (Seems high; maybe he was counting from Day 1 of the trial??)

Anyway, I wasn't tracking the amounts, but let's say the average is $3/ea, that's another $274 minus the 10% for Melton.

I don’t count super tips since most of them are Nick sending them to himself.

We don’t need to do of encourage anything. Frothing at the mouth is unseemly. Nature will run its course. This is an astoundingly retarded ex-lawyer narcissist mixed in exclusively highly volatile communities with great potential to do all kinds of harm: swingers, addicts, lawyers, online commentators, the fucking sektur, the dabbleverse… the rails are off, he has no one normal around that he likes and isn’t thrust upon him to make him do stuff he hates (inlaws, PO), he will provoke some vicious people sooner rather than later if “we” as observers just let him.

I highly doubt Sean would say anything unless A) He absolutely knew it to be true, or B) He at least strongly suspects it's true.

And I am not about to press him on the matter. All will be revealed in time.

Either way, "70 pages" is a very specific claim.

MNPublicRecords appears to time their releases around major moments. They’ve overlooked minor Locals streams, instead choosing to drop information during Nick’s evening YouTube streams — when viewership is at its peak. The timing is deliberate.

If MNPR has some stuff left to share, I wouldn't be surprised if they are saving it for an opportune moment during Fatty Patty's Hackamania.

Sean was right. This whole superchat arc is just Nick acting like a little gay boy playing with dolls of kids in his social circle so he can make fun of the dolls as if he is totally owning the other kids.

He’s acting like more of a child than the 8 year old girl he allegedly drugged with cocaine. It’s embarrassing and cringeworthy.
He's making the gunt look sane and civilized, which is saying something. He's too much of a bitch to even directly holler at the people he hates, all he can do is be a passive aggressive twig since he's too scared of the consequences of fucking around(which are going to come anyways), lmfao

Kurt could start working out and lose the weight, people would notice and would be impressed
Kurt works out regularly. He recently said he’s lost something like 70lbs? Maybe 40. I can’t remember specifically and I know that’s a huge difference, but it’s progress either way so my point stands. He’s also started a new medication that’ll help with weight loss

I imagine Kurt’s “disloyalty” was especially hurtful to Nick due to the fact Kurt’s been in Nick’s home, met his children, and enjoyed his hot tub

Let's add this up and be generous: 200+300+15. I am pulling $15 out of my ass for rumble as it just doesn't matter.
YT: 200 - 30% = $140
Melton: 300 - 10% = $270
Rumble: 15 - 20% = $12
That is a total of $422 and divide that by 8 gives you $52.25 pre taxes. Seems like a lot until you factor in he is the main provider of a family of 7.

I also believe the cyber crime investigation is real, because I think the crime committed and admissions were egregious enough to warrant an investigation. But that is solely based on my opinion on the facts we know.

The investigation may well be real. But that doesn't necessarily lead to charges.

At the US federal level, there are prosecutors appointed by the president who are responsible for different parts of the country. Those prosecutors bring cases (1) based on the priority of the US Justice Department and (2) Based on their own interests and preferences. They cannot prosecute everything so they prioritize where they want to spend their time and resources while in office. Its usually impossible to predict what they will do in terms of bringing charges in any particular situation. Federal prosecutors also like to win and are sometimes rather risk-averse in bringing cases.

At the state level, it depends on the state attorney general and is also a question of money and resources.

At the county level in rural Minnesota its a question of money, resources and expertise to do complex prosecutions. Alot of county prosecutions are by-the-numbers sorts of things. Depending on the area and the people involved, you can prosecutors and judges who are really excited about doing an unusual case. Then again you also have prosecutors and judges in rural areas who are not interested in doing what amounts to extra work at their jobs.

The FBI investigating (if thats true) is a big deal. But its a long and complicated process to get from even a really successful investigation to actual criminal charges being filed.

Nick revealed that Kurt sent a C&D to Melton, who runs Supertips.
He hinted that removing Kurt's voice is a temporary thing that will be addressed. (Press X.)
Okay.

*Beep*

:disagree:

My theory here that Melton folded immediately (as he should), and Nick is trying to convince him to ignore the C&D and put Kurt back on there.

It would be a VERY bad idea for the both of them if Melton folds in the other direction. It will become a worse idea when Melton gets Sean's C&D.

Moreover, any legal advice he gives Melton would also constitute UPL at this point.

Because... and say it with me now:

NICK IS NOT AUTHORIZED TO PRACTICE LAW

Would be funny if this somehow burns Melton bad, and it ends with him filing a complaint to OLPR.

Kurt's loyalty went way above and beyond what any normal person would have stood for.
I mean, I would agree, but whatever. He's out of there now. That's the main thing.

If memory serves, I think is in the group that left around the time of the CHIPS report leaking here. Which is what I consider about the final cutoff that separates the people with at least some sense, and those that have none whatsoever (as well as extreme "moral flexibility" that borders on the frightening).
