Why am I starting to think Nick does not have narcolepsy. But is instead entirely incapable to act as adult and actually go to bed at appropriate time... Sure you can do this as teenager or single unemployed person. But he has 5 kids and actual schedule for doing "work". If streaming can be called that.

IANAL, but the other aspect that might apply is the Impersonation Policy in the TOS

Content intended to impersonate a person or channel is not allowed on YouTube. YouTube also enforces trademark holder rights. When a channel, or content in the channel, causes confusion about the source of goods and services advertised, it may not be allowed.

If you're posting content

Don’t post content on YouTube if it fits any of the descriptions noted below.

  • Channel impersonation: A channel that copies another channel's profile, background, or overall look and feel in such a way that makes it look like someone else's channel. The channel does not have to be 100% identical, as long as the intent is clear to copy the other channel.
  • Personal impersonation: Content intended to look like someone else is posting it.

Examples

Here are some examples of content that’s not allowed on YouTube.
  • Channels with the same identifier (channel name or handle) and image as another channel, with the only difference being a space inserted into the name or a zero replacing the letter O.
  • Using someone else's real name, user name, image, brand, logo, or other personal information to trick people into believing you are that person.
  • Setting up a channel using the same identifier (channel name or handle) and image of a person, and then pretending that person is posting content to the channel.
  • Setting up a channel using the name and image of a person, and then posting comments on other channels as if they were posted by the person.
  • Channels claiming to be a 'fan account' in the channel description, but not stating so clearly in the channel name or handle, or posing as another’s channel and reuploading their content.
  • Channels impersonating an existing news channel.

Nick's on a Xeeting spurge. In the meantime, this made me laugh. Both pre-recorded vids (or clipped vids from livestreams) on exactly the same topic:

Nick:

Kurt:

God. I hate his AI thumbnails.
I'm hoping for a Kurt redemption arc. He might be a fat goofy misogynist but at least he can be funny.
Maybe he can even reform his moid ways and find the love of his life. Who knows?

Nick definitely got hit with a privacy complaint because he is hyper assblasted on Xitter at 01:30 central time, right now.
These pedotips are such garbage. It's also confusing and retarded. On MATI's I,Hypocrite segment, Josh talked about an OnlyFans whore reposting the Tik Tok of some mum complaining that her husband wouldn't take the trash out. Something so boring and innocuous somehow went viral among the crowd of misogynist losers, while it wasn't even the same woman. People didn't even bother to watch the clip, they immediately jumped to conclusions.

Now imagine someone registering the name "Sean, Nate or Kurt", to send unhinged pedotips threatening to bomb a hospital, rape children, or familicide, or just something that's racist/naughty, under the same face.
Now anyone can use that as an excuse to get them swatted or in deep waters with their real job. All three of them have actual jobs, unlike Skelly who has nothing of value to offer and won't matter if he died.

Alright, swatting sounds a little too extreme.
How about sending them to employees?
Even if it can be adequately explained, the question will then be "why associate with this person"?
"But can't someone just Photoshop?"
Yeah, but this one is complete with voice and it's on a stream that can be publicly viewed.

This garbage nonce tips is asking for trouble. I think it's fine for people without a job to be put there. For those with a job, they should have the rights to tell the fat paedophile to go neck.

IANAM but I wonder if we need a containment thread for the AI legalities. It’s sort of taking over the thread.

It’s almost as if Nick is so hurt to lose his dedicated subforum that he’s chimping extra hard to spawn more containment threads.

It’s worth considering,

But it may simply be the topic gaining traction right now because Nick Rekieta is abusing AI to violate misappropriation of likeness and privacy rights.

If Nick and/or Melton is struck continuously, I think mods should review your idea.

This isn't the first time this thread has gotten sidetracked by a topic that is only tangentially related to Nick (tripods, ammunition calibres, butter dishes, etc).
It'll subside once Nick does something else that's completely retarded that garners everybody's attention.
Or whenever MNPublicRecords does their next document drop.

I would just like to point that it's now Wednesday morning in the USA. Thursday night, tomorrow night, Nick Rekeita will be in Las Vegas, looking forward to being in the company of known drug users. Judging by his erratic conduct yesterday/Tuesday, I'm sure there is no risk of Nick succumbing to the overwhelming temptation of illicit sweet delights.

@N1bbaN3rd: Or whenever MNPublicRecords does their next document drop.

... A document dump while Nick is in Las Vegas for a jolly weekend with Melton, Vito, and Dax might be an auspicious opportunity. And I wouldn't be surprised if any or all of those guys are willing enough to milk Nick's teats by chopping lines in front of him.

The Dabbleverse crowd is renowned for being full of morally bankrupt losers who will betray any confidence and run roughshod over any boundary of human decency in order to fuck someone else over for the sake of content or just plain lulz.

Nick should under no circumstances relax around any of these people. But I fully expect him to flex his insouciance just because he cares so much what people think.

What could possibly go wrong?

It's a pity that it's this weekend. It would've been even funnier if Nick ended up marking the anniversary of his arrest by spending the night in a Vegas jail cell.

Get ready for a super salty Rekieta today, who will sperg about it for 15 minutes, because he never can let anything go.
Oh no, Nick is gonna expose things people already made fun of Kurt for. He's gonna be called fat and a virgin.

This is reminiscent of an exchange in his chat today that was slightly amusing then for showing how far behind he is on old news, but funnier now to foreshadow how his epic revenge against Kurt in the morning may predictably consist of using ancient clips everyone has already seen to dunk on Kurt being a forever alone incel pathetically cooking for one, while emphasizing how he should be jealous of Nick being such a gigachad as to have not one but two wives, and such a gourmet chef for a family of seven eight who find it so "fun to watch his skills and creativity come out in his dishes":

Late.webp

What's even funnier is the part that Nick appears to have missed about that, which could come back to bite him in the ass tomorrow:

StruckRedux.webp

Does anyone know if that is true? It sure would be funny if Nick plays that private dating video on his stream only to hand Kurt the chance to successfully strike him for a second day in a row...
:story:

What’s YT’ policy on copyright strikes? Three and you’re out? I’d laugh so hard if he lost his channel or was forced off for a week, because Sean, Kurt and Aaron triple tagged him because he was retarded enough to get in bed with Melton.
@ItsAaronIgnoreMe do the same lmao Nick will be foaming at the mouth if he can't AI roleplay as his former boyfriend. It needs to be a privacy complaint to work.
If it works on Nick, it will work on every single Melton stream that used the overlay.
:story:

Why stop there? Now that it's known from the Mama June incident that MAPton will cave like a little bitch at the slightest pressure, and now that it's known from the Kurt incident that even a simple privacy complaint to YouTube will have the same effect, @ItsAaronIgnoreMe is now poised for a surgical strike copy-pasting the same privacy complaint against one Diddlerverse channel after another, and having a few friendly (or at least anti-MAPton) co-victims do the same to add up to at least three strikes per channel.

Needless to say any such cow-tipping is strongly discouraged, but strictly for archival purposes in the course of monitoring potential upcoming changes to Supertips' offerings, a critical mass of at least three strikes per channel would appear plausible just glancing at potential co-complainants presented on such channels' public voice lists:

1. MAPton: Ashley Larue, Butch Bradley, Coach Scott, Geno Bisconte, Johnny Krutches, Keanu Thompson, Matt Poster, "Pigsaw" (PPP?), Steel Toe, Stevie Lew, maybe Josh Denny, and maybe Chad Zumock:

2. Pretty Menopausal: Coach Scott, Geno Bisconte, Keanu Thompson, and Steel Toe:

3. Karl/WATP: Coach Scott, Geno Bisconte, Steel Toe, maybe Chad Zumock, maybe Kevin Brennan, and maybe Joey C:

4. The Muppet: Geno Bisconte, Steel Toe, maybe Chad Zumock, maybe Kevin Brennan, and maybe Joey C:

5. BYB/Quadfather: Stevie Lew, maybe Chad Zumock, maybe Kevin Brennan, and maybe Joey C:

Speaking of archiving changes to the lists over time, it was interesting to see that the "Girl" voice on MAPton's channel, previously used for jokes sexualizing Aaron's underage daughter, is now removed. Did Aaron's past allusions to Ashley gearing up for legal threats or legal action against MAPton actually materialize and succeed in getting him to take that voice down, or did he coincidentally take it down out of the goodness of his heart? 🤔

Did Nick remember to grovel in front of his parole officer to get permission to travel into the legendary den of sin? It'd be a shame if he forgot the mandatory humiliation ritual and just went without permission.

He said he had cleared with the authorities, I believe it was part of the negotiation around the time of the sentencing.

Yeah, Kurt struck clip channels uploading this. Back when there were a lot of ‘Lawtube’ clippers. This random guy in particular made a video about it, because Kurt struck his upload of it. I tried to find it again but with the absolute state of YouTube and search engines right now, it just shows Kurt’s channels and zero results referencing the dating video. It definitely happened though.

It's a week after that, but that's just more opportunity for Nick to to get ready for it.

I think Rekieta is likely leaving himself liable with the SuperTips situation. This isn't even complicated.

Even Melton put in the terms you need permission. The reason for that was to try and pay lip service to the right of publicity laws.

Firstly, it isn't immediately "blatantly obvious" this is parody. YouTube Superchats display names and messages, making it quite likely this can be confusing to people.

Secondly, the content can be pretty much anything.

Thirdly, this is for commercial use. Rekieta is making money from this.

The Parody argument? Weak. It's clearly commercial, it isn't obvious that it is satirical and it suggests endorsement or affiliation to a normal person, ESPECIALLY when you consider how YouTube Superchats work.

If you think of Southpark, for example, it is very clearly exaggerated, absurd and meant to mock or comment on public figures or situations. There is no liklihood of anyone really thinking the celebrities portrayed (poorly) have endorsed it or participated. There is also the fact it isn't directly a commercial use of likeness, which the Supertips obviously is.

Nick really is terrible at all things law. Anyone prepared to do a little research can see just how wrong he is.

As for Melton, his whole platform is clearly now dead in the water, as nobody is realistically going to consent.
