I'm assuming you aren't in America. ADHD meds like Adderall are the second most wildly overprescribed things after SSRIs. Even meds as overprescribed as benzodiazepines are less prescribed than stuff like Ritalin, Focalin, and Adderall. He can't be getting that legally. To get prescribed it you have to go through an evaluation and be diagnosed.
I know, I had to go through that shit and still haven't been prescribed it despite being ADHD as fuck.
I can't find that old clip of Kurt having that copyright cuck on his face by accident.
I am in America. My doctor broke down exactly what is required to get prescribed it in this day and age.I'm assuming you aren't in America. Kurt showed up and put in the effort, Nick has no insight into this case and doesn't know what he's talking about, at least on his own. He's just jumping on the bandwagon late when anyone who cares about this trial has already latched on to one or two favourite streamers. I'm not saying he'll do better with a fresh case, he won't, he's lazy and his brain is scrambled so he no longer has the inclination or capacity to do the research.Nick's on a Xeeting spurge. In the meantime, this made me laugh. Both pre-recorded vids (or clipped vids from livestreams) on exactly the same topic:

It’d be so funny if Kurt took out a protection order from harassment from Nick and his handful of fans.Is that something that could happen? I'm no lawyer so I have no idea how strict POs are about stuff like this.
I would laugh for all 28 days straight if that happened.
This is so gay I actually don't know what to say other than the fan needs psychological help
@ItsAaronIgnoreMe do the same lmao Nick will be foaming at the mouth if he can't AI roleplay as his former boyfriend. It needs to be a privacy complaint to work.Kurt hit Nick with a Copyright strike?
In theory yes. In practice you can still find ethically challenged docs close enough to retirement age to roll the dice against being read the riot act by some bureaucrat.I am in America. My doctor broke down exactly what is required to get prescribed it in this day and age.
All that is required is your doctor writing you a prescription for it. It's honestly that simple. Even if Nick's doctor is a shitbag pill miller who wrongfully prescribed Nick Adderall, Nick didn't obtain it illegally. Only immorally.I am in America. A joke is something that you say once or twice and move on, what he's doing is trying to humiliate and denigrate the people he sees as his enemy, it's malicious, there's nothing "joking" about it, as you can see by Nick's seething at having his toys taken away.Wyświetl załącznik 7297835Wyświetl załącznik 7297836
Nick definitely got hit with a privacy complaint because he is hyper assblasted on Xitter at 01:30 central time, right now.
He is also utterly wrong. None of the exceptions apply for their use.Wyświetl załącznik 7297835Wyświetl załącznik 7297836

This would work as an argument if they were actually imitating them during a live performance, i.e. their youtube show. Which they are not.The use is an attempt to portray, imitate, simulate or impersonate a person in a live performance
It is not.The use is in connection with a news, public affairs or sports broadcast or publication
They are not trying to emulate their appearance on any show they might have been part of, they are having them read garbage TTS messages in which they mock themselves. The use is an attempt to portray, imitate, simulate or impersonate a person in a play, book, magazine article, newspaper article, musical composition, film, or a radio, television or other audio or visual program, except where the use is directly connected with commercial sponsorship

Yes and no. In some jurisdictions, like Florida as one example, it is a crime to get a prescription through deception and misrepresentation. All that is required is your doctor writing you a prescription for it. It's honestly that simple. Even if Nick's doctor is a shitbag pill miller who wrongfully prescribed Nick Adderall, Nick didn't obtain it illegally. Only immorally.

People like Nick (I might as well just say 'faggots') mistake jokes for unseriousness, probably because they're autistic and can't entertain that humour is a complex thing beyond just "That guy said something and didn't entirely mean it! Haw haw!". They think anything qualifies as a joke so long as it isn't said with complete sincerity, and it's somehow the audience's fault for 'not getting it', or 'lacking a sense of humor', or 'being PC' and so on and so forth. At no point does it enter their thick fucking skulls that a joke has to have qualities that, even if it's only subjectively funny, appeals to the intended audience. I don't think there even is an audience that would find Nick's jokes overwhelmingly funny. You'd have to have lived a similar life of drug abuse, cuckoldry, pedophilia-adjacency, professional failure, and all the other shit that comes with being such an abject loser. And even then that's probably not funny to talk about, just all-too-real.A joke is something that you say once or twice and move on, what he's doing is trying to humiliate and denigrate the people he sees as his enemy, it's malicious, there's nothing "joking" about it, as you can see by Nick's seething at having his toys taken away.
As I understand it the Streamer can select which TTS options they offer.Wyświetl załącznik 7297893
It seems (to me) either that Kurt sent YouTube a privacy complaint and Nick's stream got demonitised, so he had to ask Melton to disable it.
Or Kurt sent Melton a C&D based off Nevada law and Patrick was forced to delete it because he's a destitute little creature.
