Sounds like it still require it to be prescribed by primary physician and not a "card" that usually is shopped for. But I could be wrong.

[...] If you have a prescription from your doctor, just like with any other controlled substance that is prescribed, we are going to monitor it in the same way that we do those other drugs.

The thing is: When someone actually has ADHD, stimulants such as Adderall makes them calm and even sleepy at high dosages.

I don’t see anything of the kind with Nick, instead he just seems to get restless, which would indicate he doesn’t have ADD/ADHD.

The only other thing besides ADD that it is prescribed for is narcolepsy, which Nick definitely doesnt have, And in very rare cases: Weight loss. Which is also contraindicated here.

Don’t know quack he made cough up a prescription for amphetamines, but definitely something his parole officer should look into.

Wouldn’t at all be surprised if Nick got it from some shady “telehealth” company where he lied about ADD symptoms.

Adderall doesn't always "calm" someone with actual ADD. And though it can bring a drop (almost a nod-off, even) within a certain period after taking it (it's sometimes recommended to take it with a little coffee in the am bc the coffee gives enough of an immediate boost to prevent/ lessen the drop right before the adderall kicks in), that doesn't necessarily mean it doesn't amp up a person with add, both physically and mentally. Sometimes any "calm" is more a matter of lessened angst from having the stresses of procrastination, lack of focus, overwhelm and the often-present related lethargy and discouragement.

That said, ADD is not his problem*, and he doesn't have narcolepsy.

* being a flake is not the same thing.

I'm sure he has been on both of these before, formally prescribed or otherwise acquired or borrowed, and I think that the coke was like a turbo-charged version. Funny, never knew they were used in concert to taper down a coke habit. He's such a lying liar who lies.

Wonder if he got it filled by some online pharmacy like Amazon, rather than risking going to the local Walgreen (whose pharmacist absolutely has the authority to not fill a prescription that he’s uncomfortable with) and be the local coke head picking up his amphetamine script with a shit eating grin.
No pharmacist is going to blink at 10 mg as needed. If the rx was 10 as needed then he either got 30 10s or 60 5s (or in a shortage 15 20s that you're supposed to halve), and it won't be refilled for 30 days.

The maximum dose for treating ADD is btw 40 mg
Over 60 mg rx/day will require insurance review, but they'll fill it. That's bc 60 is formally considered the max-out of efficacy so a psych will want to try something different if that doesn't help - but that doesn't mean it can't be done. Afaiu, and I may have slightly dated info, idk, but that has definitely been the case in the past.

First of all, Adderall, even when IR, is almost always prescribed as 2 times a day or 3 times a day. Not “as needed”.
And yet sometimes it is. Not what I'd think would be good for a substance abuser, but it's done.

Any anonymous giver on super tips is likely Nick pretending someone donated so he can insult Sean, Kurt, Aaron while pretending someone else said it.

Sometimes it is—but that would be off-label use. The only reason I can think of is that Rekieta may have told his medical provider he needs to stay awake late at night for his “work.” Because of that, it might have been difficult to establish a consistent dosing schedule, so they prescribed it on an as-needed basis.

Still, I’ve never heard of Adderall being prescribed as needed for narcolepsy.

Dec. 2022 (coke addicted) vs March 2025, same dress.

I'm gonna say she's looking a lot better (trying to ignore the tats). I also think she's discovered fillers or at least received better makeup advice.
She still looks horrible IMO because she's doing botox or whatever the latest injections are to her face that makes her look like an hyper-injected tranny. Kudos to her on the weight gain because she does look healthier. If you notice the stitching on the front of her dress in the latest pix, looks like she had material added to increase the size of her dress to compensate for her recent weight gain. Not knocking her for the added pounds, she definitely needed it. She definitely recycled the dress and I see nothing wrong with that. These 2 idiots need to learn to be frugal with her husband being unemployed.

Is he talking about Nick, and is that AR-15.com?

It is sometimes. The intent is to deal with daytime sleepiness. But its a different type than what is used for ADHD. Its "immediate release" which both kicks in faster and wears off faster. It an approved treatment.

But personally I don't believe Nick has narcolepsy. In the past he has described how he used Provigil and it was definitely not in a medically sanctioned way. He seemed to take it when he was going to sleep and combining it with alcohol. Probably to knock himself out.

A dual prescription is possible for Provigil and Adderall. But its generally frowned on by sane doctors.

He needs speed as a cocaine substitute. I would imagine sooner or later he will also be put on some form of ketamine treatment as well as xanax. The problem will eventually be that Adderall in medical doses will not be enough for him.

And if he survives probation, he will probable eventually graduate to meth. And maybe he ends up there if he doesn't survive probation too.

If I'm being honest, medical marijuana might be the least bad thing he could be prescribed. It might chill him the fuck out. Nick clearly doesn't do good on stimulants.
Last time I remember seeing Nick "chill" on stream he was squirming with glee over the site being sued by Russell Greer.

When you're so self-absorbed and megalomaniacal that you're selling the voices of people who criticise you, you've reached stage 4 terminal stick up your ass.

My favorite part of the very totally not ass-mad faggot using the Supertips cringe is when Sean, the real Sean, used the legal phrase "name, image and likeness" over and over again. It's funny, and weird, to me. That. I mean I don't care, they can do what they like. But. It's funny and weird that an actual practicing attorney has used an actual legal term related to the type of civil action he may be considering against Temu Skeletor.

He said that he took it before going to sleep late at night such that it would take effect a few hours later, waking him up. This seems to me to be the exact opposite of the intent for which it was prescribed.
