Here's a roundup of Nicholas Rekieta's stories regarding his 8-year-old daughter testing positive for cocaine. Specifically, she may or may not have tested positive for the major cocaine metabolite called benzoylecgonine.
I really didn't want to do this because I knew it would take a few hours. (Yeah, this post took me 3 hours.)
Here's the second addendum.
(@Third World Aristocrat)
Q: How exactly does Omega Laboratories come into this?
A: As hinted a few times, an ex-colleague from an older job who watches Skelly reached out to me after they obtained this information. Basically, Minnesota Monitoring collects the samples and then the testing is done by an external laboratory. Accredited supervisors collect hair samples from individuals.
The two laboratories are: Omega Laboratories and USDTL (United States Drug Testing Laboratory)
Source? Trust me.

Now, let's expand on this.
If Nicholas Rekieta's preemptive explanation wasn't enough, I don't know what is going to convince you.
>But... it's not impossible for the test to be done in less than 2 days!
Says the balldoguard.
It's not, but...

I present something very simple, Skelly enjoys this activity.

Originally, the timeline was refined by another user.
Pedantry: Nick and Kayla being tested on the 30th doesn't mean the children were also tested on that day. But it is still unlikely that he could have known test results on the 28th because that's right after Memorial Day, and the children were removed on the Thursday before Memorial Day weekend. Leaves very little time for collecting samples, sending them to the lab, testing, retesting, writing up the results, and informing the court.

2025-03-29 - 15_19_37 - May 2024 Calendar – United States.png
It's now safe to say that it's all but literally impossible for them to produce these results in the short span of about 50 hours. It's half a day of transporting the specimens.
Likely, they are doing it via a special freight company. Either way, the samples are collected and then sent off together. Regardless of how the logistics work, it's inconceivable for them to produce these results.
Timeline:
23rd of May: Removal of children
24th of May: Friday
25, 26th: Weekends
27th of May: Memorial day
28th of May: Nick preemptive cope about drug testing positives
28th of May: Alisha Sweep visiting the residence of teach them how to clean the house
30th of May: Nicholas Rekieta and his wife was tested
~~ < We don't know when the children were tested, but it should be in this span.
6th of June: The document prepared
This means Nicholas Rekieta tried to insert an explanation of potential positive test results BEFORE the test.
Even if they immediately obtained the samples on the 23rd, got it to one of the two labs over the weekends, the lead time is still 3 days according to Omega Laboratories.

He asserted this long before any test was conducted. Arguably, he asserted this before the sample was even gathered, or indeed, even knowing there was a possibility of a test happening.
Testing the children is standard in these cases. However, there is still a chance that the worker heard Skelly's ":really: the keeeeeeeedz dint know nuffin, any pozitivity would be secondary exposure!!!" and decided to get a proper test done.

You reap what you sow, child doser.
When will you kill yourself?

This "bad consequences won’t happen when I do it" type of thinking, which Rekieta himself admitted to believing, is a clear example of his failure to outgrow the emotional and cognitive development typical of adolescence.

It’s the same kind of thinking that led him to believe doing cocaine was harmless and wouldn’t cause any real problems, that the police would never get involved (even though people had already been speculating about it online for quite some time). It’s the same attitude that made him think openly badmouthing named government officials during his own criminal case wouldn’t cause issues later. And, of course, it’s the same brilliant instinct that led him to cozy up to Melton’s crew to actively antagonize his ex-boyfriend.

This consistent pattern of reckless decision-making highlights a significant disconnect between his perception of actions and their inevitable consequences. Really, it’s almost impressive how consistently terrible his judgment is.

Let's hope Nick remains consistent with his reckless decision making.

He knew she was going to test hot. Her use started with the emergency that caused a stream to be canceled where he had to stay up all night.

Somewhat. At times I like being able to point and laugh but I also have to be honest and say it's sad to see because I witness it with my own clients and know where things are headed.

For his personal, his family's, sake I'd like to see him get into a better spot and space. I honestly want that for most people. The "Needs to get hit by a bus" list is pretty small, and I am not wasting space on it.

It's not good of me to be such an a-logging dick and I really need to focus on doing this thing I thoroughly enjoy, because it's been pretty fun so far. In the beginning, it didn't hurt to be associates with Nick. But I feel I've been able to do my own thing and build alot on my own.

Will I ever get to be as big as Nick? Not likely. Will I get to 100k? Maybe. I understand how I present and act like a sperg doesn't comport well with many audiences.
If you made videos on meme law like “what is a legal definition of a sandwich” you would 100% get bigger than Nick ever was. Meme law was what made Nick, and you have actual experience as an attorney

Nick needs to go to prison for a few years.

Spouting his fucking retarded libertarian bullshit about over-reaching evil government.
It wasn't two bad days, it was two bad years.
Nick Rekieta is mystified that his actions caused the state to revoke his adult card. Now he's just a 13 year old again, praying 18 comes fast enough. Shine it on, Nick, shine it on.

He knew she was going to test hot. Her use started with the emergency that caused a stream to be canceled where he had to stay up all night.
The daughter dosing is what will bring Rekieta down. In all his constant lying and the surrounding nonsense it's easy to forget that the child herself will turn 18 and tell somebody somewhere all about it. If she hasn't already.

The extreme stress Rekieta displays whenever MNPublicRecords casts a shadow across his bullshit means he is keenly aware of skeletons still in the closet. Rattle rattle rattle. I have no idea of the legal side of things but if it is remotely possible I still feel we will see more CPS related stuff or something at an angle to it that provides more context for the cocaine positive result on the little girl.

Camelot331 talked about Rekieta's absurd attitude to "medicinal" cocaine. Aaron discussed it.
And here's Rekieta, so ready to yap in his high pitched voice about any other pointless topic, but never ready to even try and Bill Clinton us with "I. Did. Not. Give. My. Daughter. Cocaine."
All I ever usually see this faggot say is "that didn't happen." It's just that little bit too third party, slightly distanced from him and that makes it potentially deceptive. Which then begs the question.

"We're all just 1 or 2 bad days away from a felony. It doesn't take much."

I'm pretty sure that what he's saying here is this:

"Look, like most niggers I'm committing felonies all day, every day. By and large, nobody gives a fuck and if you take minimal precautions, you can get away with it forever, because whose gonna arrest you? Nobody cares? Take all the drugs you like, buy and sell them - advertise for customers on Insta-GRAM -- nobody cares.

But if you get out of your face and do something ludicrous that appears to be rubbing people's nose in your felonious behaviour, you might end up forcing somebody to hold you accountable -- even though they'd prefer not to be bothered."

It's like the guy who took a shit outside Nancy Pelosi's house. Hundreds of thousands of people are dropping trou and taking a big public dump all over California. Normal humans loathe and detest that the once fine state has transformed into a third world shit hole. (Clue: importing millions of third world people will do this.) But one guy decides he's going to drop a log in Nancy Pelosi's driveway and within seconds there's a SWAT team with the red dot from their AR-15's blinking off his brown eye.

That guy was just two bad days away from a felony. He could have carried on shitting in public with total impunity, but he had a bad day and decided he was going to protest the lack of public conveniences by paying the Speaker of the House a little visit.

He cancelled two streams, actually. The "medical emergency" would have occurred on or about Jan. 30, 2024, a day or two after the hot tub stream. It lasted 3 days and it was definitely a kid (some people have wondered if it could have been Kayla). The clip and his tweets about the "medical emergency" are detailed in this post.

Just to highlight this excuse once again.

"sometimes that happens when you're a dad"

That is all you need to know. It was one of the kids, the timeframe fits for the cocaine hair sample test.

As much as I dislike The Cocaine Skeleton, this section of the transcript always stuck in my head. Isn't he paraphrasing here from the County Petition (that he would have read) that the children had: no knowledge of drugs in the home, no knowledge of drug use, and that if they (the children) tested positive, then the kids would say it would be from secondary exposure rather than them knowingly consuming it?

So rather than Rage Twig offering that part about the kids testing positive himself, he is referring to what was written in the Court documents? I am happy to be disproven here, but it's been nagging at me all this time. Have we already seen the Petition and I've just forgotten about it?

The timeline of happening immediately after the hot tub night is thought provoking. Maybe they were drunk and recklessly negligent with the cocaine left out and the child sampled it like sugar while the adults were sleeping late. But wouldn't we have heard something about that from Aaron? Unless the Imholtes left in the morning after the party in the hot jizz tub, before the child sampled the candy.

But wouldn't a hospital test a child for drug exposure? And wouldn't such a positive result require the hospital to report to law enforcement?

It makes me think the "medical emergency" is one they never left home to address. Maybe they just put the kid in an ice bath which is legit enough for acute cocaine toxicity, but nothing like emergency cardio monitoring and meds for tachycardia or emergency benzodiazapine or anything like that. If you took your child to the hospital for an acute exposure, you might feel some relief. If you kept them home in the bathtub in mortal fear of being busted, I could definitely see that being "the worst day ever". But this theory points to an even more disturbing idea: That after such a precarious moment, Nick didn't stop using.

[Edit to add, from that linked post]: Notice that Nick didn't indicate a hospital, he said "I just had to spend the entire night last night making sure that someone was okay".

The daughter dosing is what will bring Rekieta down. In all his constant lying and the surrounding nonsense it's easy to forget that the child herself will turn 18 and tell somebody somewhere all about it. If she hasn't already.
Let's be real: Dosing his daughter is the only reason lawtube didn't circle the wagons around Rekieta. It took him doing something as detestable as dosing his own daughter for them to get the wakeup call that he was a worthless, drug-addled, adulterous cuck and that he was not worth saving. It took news of the child's positive test for many lawtubers to decide that this wasn't a colleague who fell on a hard time and this was a completely fallen man. Drug use is common among lawyers, as is some amount of degeneracy, and they were prepared to run defense for him over that. They were not going to run defense for someone who drugged his own daughter.

Also, Skelly is currently at 1.4k viewers while A.B. just crossed 5.8k, Kurt is at 450, and Branca on a different trial is at 470. EDB just started streaming and already has 6.5k viewers. Melanie Little is it at 15k viewers. Every lawtuber but EDB (who literally just started her stream) is up on viewers from this time yesterday with one exception: Nick Rekieta is bleeding viewers. He is only at 3 Kurt Viewership Units.

But wouldn't a hospital test a child for drug exposure? And wouldn't such a positive result require the hospital to report to law enforcement?
You are assuming that genius Lawyer Nick did not also know that and never took a child halfway overdosing on his cocaine stash to the ER.
