I think Kurt's other issue here is that he's not a lawyer.
At the very least, Kurt is willing to put in the work to make sure his facts are as accurate as possible. Nick won't even do basic research so he isn't constantly talking out of his ass.
I tried listening to Nick's coverage for 15 minutes just to give him a fair chance but his voice is so awful and whiny sounding I wouldn't be able to watch him even if he had something useful to say.
He's always been incredibly fucking whiny. Something that was beginning to cause me to start hate watching his content a few years ago was how much he'd whine about problems that were easily fixable if he put in a fraction of the effort to do so. He'd rather bitch and whine if the alternative is to actually do something to fix the problem.
Not even accounting for how dogshit his ability to do things that are incredibly basic and important, like talking to his fucking editor to tell them what they need to do for his channel, because he expects them to read his fucking mind because he doesn't even want to say what he wants. It'd be like being a cooking channel but forgetting to buy ingredients, so you make a video whining about the dish you would've made but you can't, because it's just
so hard to...do your fucking job.
He actually did put in some effort into his early streams at one point, but it seems that once YouTube took off enough for him to actually live off the money, and it became a job, some faggot switch in his faggot brain flipped and he decided he'd rather whine impotently and suck cocks like a faggot instead of being a man who just does what he needs to. Because working is for the poors, or some other faggot mentality he probably believes he's entitled to.
