I’ve wondered too. From what I can recall w/ out cross references from the release papers from the “not a rehab” that Nick went to, he was ordered by the Honorable Judge SJW to follow all recommendations from rehabs, court, CPS, etc. It would entail checking all documents for any rules like:

- Do not associate with criminals, drug users, or past associates in your crimes.

Something like that could potentially make it actionable, in theory. I think Nick will shoot himself in the foot and needs no outside help in violating his probation, not to imply you were at all gay op minded. To be clear for any über micromanaging autists who may read this, planning to rat on Nick or trying to talk about any dumb plan to do so here is gay & wont get you asspats.
