Evidence is mostly circumstantial but the screenshots are from a logged in account not a guest and the rhetoric used by this guy is very similar to Glowie Diplomat. Most of his tweets are very pompous and high and mighty. Plus a reference to /vt/ which is a den of shondo-fans.

Even if they don't know what the woman behind the screen looks like, most vtuber enjoyers at least want to be secure in the notion that they are a true and honest woman.
