It's really hard to tell whether Nick is being a delusional retard or a manipulative psychopath.
One is moronic and stumbling and accidental, the other is completely intentional... but it often seems like he's doing both at once.
Honestly, at this point, I think he knowingly dosed his daughter with cocaine, while he was blasted on cocaine himself. He has painted himself into a corner of lies, so he feels like he has to remain firm and ride out the derision and mockery out of a twisted sense of protecting his daughter and other children. This is why we still see Rekieta using glowing terms to describe Cocaine, which is bizarre coming from someone who claims to be a recovering addict, or someone who has become a subject of intense public ridicule because of it.
I thought his child was poisoned with cocaine unintentionally by using an unwashed glass Nick/Aaron/April/Kayla had used to mix cocaine with alcohol and left on the kitchen sink, while the older children would know to rinse out a dirty vessel before using it. Not anymore. Now I suspect Rekieta mixed a tonic of cocaine for his daughter every night, while telling her it will solve all her problems, because at that time, Rekieta truly believed Cocaine had granted him a heighted state of being, like he was a loving Father sharing a secret gift with his child.
I also think the only people who know/suspect this, would be Nick and the Social Workers/Cops etc. Kayla is a checked out doormat, April and the other one are braindead morons. So Nick has to carry this new Big Lie, even if it means sounding like a schizophrenic lunatic on stream. It's the only answer to why he keeps dragging this particularly pathetic sad cope into public discussion.
Saying '
I was an irresponsible addict and failed father who allowed my daughter to come into contact with cocaine dust. .' is par for the course, it's disgusting, terrible, but what people would expect from a cokehead with granddaddy's trust-fund. But:
'my daughter tested positive for the one drug found in enormous quantities inside my family home, because drug residue was transferred for the first and only time through a policeman's gloved hand onto her scalp and there is a very specific anomaly with cocaine testing which also happens to apply to my daughter's hair tests for cocaine, which I could not retest privately since said minor was in the custody of my parents/foster family at that time', that's beyond the pale, something else is going on.
