The UK Supreme Court has unanimously decided that the definition of sex under the Equality Act 2010 refers solely to biological sex, and does not include people with a Gender Recognition Certificate.

I can summarise the judgment but honestly I'm waiting for Tony to post about it on his blog before doing so. In short: Tony's claim is only true if a GRC-holding man considers it part of his "freedom" to avoid laws on female-only spaces and services.
