Gave a highly vitrolic hitpiece on UncivilLaw / Kurt because he's low-hanging fruit with poor social skills. Classic schoolyard bully energy. Felt like a full-on Dear John 2.0.

This is a typical example of Nick lying. He has not been "clean for a long time" nor was he "tested constantly for most of the past year"

- He was voluntarily tested shortly after his arrest for CPS and failed that test.
- He obtained a bail/bond agreement in which he paid to specifically avoid any testing.
- For an unknown period of time between August and November, He submitted to drug testing as part of the family court case to do with the children. He is to known to have failed at least one drug/alcohol test during that time.
- He has not been tested since October/November and it seem likely from his behavior that he was not clean for much of the last six months.

We of course don''t have the full details because of Nick's decision to have the family court records of his case sealed.

I would conclude based on the available information that he was tested during the last year for around two months or slightly more. That he was unable to remain sober during that testing and eventually resorted to galaxy gas to get through it.

As far as his second house goes, he did talk about selling it far earlier than it was actually sold. One of the people he attempted to sell it to was his partner in cuck-ary Aaron. But the final sale of the house happened because he had not paid the mortgage on his primary residence for a year and was in the end stages of foreclosure on his way to losing his primary residence. Nick refers to a person not paying their mortgage, being foreclosed on and selling other assets to save the house as "leverage". Nick has explained that ordinary mortals cannot understand his sort of "leverage" which is ironically true.

I am happy to be corrected, but as far as I understand the current verdict Nick is scheduled to go to jail for 28 days on August 1st, unless he participates and complies fully with all requirements of his probation, it which case those 28 days can be deferred. I believe they will get a report from the PO that covers how Nick has behaved and if he is making an effort. Unless it is in his favor he will see jailtime. (This is what I have gathered from the commentary)
