WTF? I didn't watch ProtonJon but I remember watching TheRunAwayGuys with him, Chuggaaconroy, and Nintendocaprisun. This doesn't make any sense. He waited until he was 40 to finally figure this out? He's cultivated his audience filled with 90% troons. It all started because he played as Rosalina in the first Mario Party game on Switch. Then people kept drawing him but as Rosalina.

Then I guess the troon audience got attracted to him because hey he's a guy but people draw him as a girl but he's cool with it? This is totally transssss representation we love him so he got more and more troon adjacent audience that kept drawing him but as a girl of whatever he just played on stream. It got to the point where he started doing crossdresses for the different charity events he runs (If we get X$ I'll stream Xenoblade 2 and cosplay Pyra or Mythra or whatever. This charity stream is for boob cancer or whatever so I'm cosplaying Rosalina). So now this is just the natural escalation.

I'd been coping he's still secretly sane-ish and just plays along with his deranged troon audience because they're the audience he ended up with and they're the ones that give him easy money but this is obviously just a bad cope, he drank the troon kool-aid cult given to him by his audience.

First, taking estrogen, the complete opposite hormone for muscle growth will surely help you keeping in shape.

Looking at the side effects for estrogen it clearly says it induces fatigue and weight gain, and more other bad ones like high blood presure. So it is pretty much an uphill battle trying to keep up to maintain any sort of physique.
