Rekieta is mentally ill and delusional but I think he will keep getting high (lol) side of average treatment by the court. They gave him a more severe than expected sentence and I feel they will also hold him to picking up trash, attending rehabilitation and eventually if he really proves himself to be a stuttering clusterfuck of a colossal junkie failure, he will get locked up or otherwise restrained.
