Highlights Part 4:
- Nick was surprised about the 30 day jails sentence because his plea relied on the verbal understanding of no jail time. It was not in the actual plea document though. It was the judge who broke with this did it on his own as a probation condition.
- Nick called people stupid for not reading his sentence. Then he admits in the next sentence he was confused by the wording and had to ask for clarification. (LMAO!)
- He claims the jail time will be 'gone' on August 2nd if he complies well until then.
- His community service might be motor vehicle maintenance for the county. He cannot just do volunteer work anywhere he wants--like his church.
- Nick was pursuing 'being cool' with the drugs and new lifestyle with drugs and alcohol. He let go of all his other hobbies in pursuit of these new things.
-It will be hard for him to find fun again because he had to get rid of things he liked doing (e.g. video games) for...reasons... some of it involves other people and he cannot talk about it. Now the government is telling him he cannot do what he thinks is fun now. (Sounds like someone bitched at Nick about his hobbies) He will have to learn how to care about new things.
- Nick whinged about driving again. He promised to show the schedule.
