LOCALS Highlights PART 2:
- Due to his small town venue, the judge was never going to go against the police narrative. He STILL has not gotten all the discovery he was supposed to. He does not want to badmouth his lawyer, but some arguments were not made well.
- Nick wants to talk about Trump. He does not care about what he does, but he is funny and what he does to government is hilarious.
-Nick votes on tax policy and anti-war bases. He does not really care who wins. He wants his son to not be in a war.
- Trump's policy is Fascist-lite and questionably constitutional Nick likes presidents who 'advance knowledge of constitutional interactions within government'. Trump talks to the people that most government ignores in favour of their donors.
- Nick has someone he knew from high school, Nick Stevens, who was a cop who lied on probable cause affidavits and eventually got fired. Nick was quick to say that he is not representative of who all cops are.
- Nick will show audio and video from his case to show how the police procedure works and all the tricks they use. Nick was treated with undue hostility by the lead investigator (Quin Pomplun)
- As an example, he was in custody and was remaining silent, but then the investigator got up in his face while he was strung out and tired (not high at the time because he was sober when arrested). They treated him like a drug dealer.
- Nick was told he would get their kids back the net day when he got out of jail, but they drug their feet on the process.
- The investigator claimed to be watchin Nick for 'months' when his affidavit and records indicated, at most, '7 days or less'. He also called April's mother and claimed she was on drugs without actually having drug test results.
