What's insane is that, since he doesn't have a job, he's getting ~$1k a month from SSI (assuming that it's the state of Delaware that's paying him.)
If we assume he's paying $500 towards rent, $200 towards bills, he still has ~$300 left. That's more than enough for food, drink, and whatever else - if you aren't a retard and actually buy shit from a store. This DoorDash shit is fucking retarded.
