General Discussion for Virtual Youtubers / Vtubers / Chuubas - it's okay to be a simp for 2D, just don't thirstpost.

That was very cute. I'm glad that she's back. She's easily the best Phase of her gen.
Hina is very sweet, but Muyu and Eimi are tough competition. Muyu does a ton for her community I kind of wish she didn't play up the brat aspects so much but I respect her being willing to make game voicepacks and do community stuff a lot.
And Eimi when she does stream I could just listen to because she's batshit crazy in a good way.
Either way I'm glad Hina is back its nice that Phase was willing to give her space and time.

Knowing Kiara, she’s going to take this relief really hard. Understandably so.
That sounds more like a peace out than a suicide. Maybe not though?
To me it sounds like someone who just has shit to do in real life and is moving on. Maybe I'm optimistic.

Did this person "leave" knowing what it'll do to Kiara's mental state? Not sure which would be worse, because either way announcing your self-minecrafting is inherently selfish if people who know you, even just online, won't take it well.
I would normally agree, but she didn’t tag Kiara or anyone, just essentially posted a suicide note. Even if she hadn’t posted, people would have found out later when she completely disappeared.

Plus, once you’re fully suicidal, you’re not exactly thinking rationally.

Ah okay, I just remember an anecdote from a mental health book I read where the sister of someone who attempted self-minecrafting wished he succeeded because of the mental anguish he caused the rest of the family. Must've been a shitty situation all around.

People who commit suicide tend to be fairly selfish in their actions, they are often looking inwards towards their issues rather than the impact them not being there will bring to others. Not that some aren't at least understandable (severe illness etc) others are just "what the fuck dude?" tier.

Has one of Kiara's fans killed themselves or something X A X A X A Edit: This person apparently X A

im not trying to be totally schizo... but idk seeing a "she/her" in bio vtuber fan with a youtube url "dannyglass" (male spelling) makes me wonder if this was possibly a 41%.... if not then that's absolutely tragic but... idk im just always suspicious

Shit sucks either way. There are very few people I wish were dead and usually those who are are pedophiles, child abusers, or the likes of.
My sympathy to their family. Depressing to see.

I imagine someone linked it to her, or she already followed the account because it did fan projects. Very bold of her to say she's open to hearing people's trauma dumping, I can't imagine this will go anywhere but bad.

Yeah, Kiara's acknowledgement was perhaps the worst thing she could say. Promising attention from their famous crush for suicide baiting is just going to lead to an outpouring of spergs trying to get a cheap thrill. I don't have a particularly high opinion of Kiara's intelligence, but use your brain, girl.

Oh lord I can't believe she said that.
I hope someone from management gets her to remove it although it may already be too late.
